Champion - Gabriel
Gabriel started working with us at Regent Road in April 2021. Since then, he has been an asset to the team, helping to train new starters and growing his knowledge. This has helped him with his progression onto the Crew Trainer Programme which he is currently doing at the store. Gabriel always supports management and his team members on shift by performing to the best of his abilities, this includes his ability to speak Spanish which he uses to help customers translate when needed. Delivering the best customer experience is what Gabriel strives to do on shift. In his spare time Gabriel likes to game and spend time with his friends playing pool. On behalf of the whole management team and crew, thank you for your efforts and keep up the great work.

Champion - Kieran
Kieran started working with us in December last year. In this short time, he has shown a fantastic drive to learn which has led him to become a very dependable member of the kitchen team. He's a pleasure to have on shift, always ensuring he's working with a smile and lifting spirits of those around him. Kieran has a high work ethic, will complete any task to the best of his ability and is always looking for ways to strengthen his skills further. Well done, Kieran.

Champion - Blake
Over the last six months, Blake has grown into a reliable and dependable member of the team. His flexibility allows him to help on any station in the restaurant, he gives 110% on shift and is always willing to help the team out. He uses his initiative to get tasks completed without being asked, and when asked, will always complete the task to the best of his ability. He’s always a pleasure to have on shift. Well done Blake and keep up the good work.

Champion - Graeme
Graeme has worked with us at Gapton Hall since January 2020. Graeme is an extremely positive and helpful person who is never shy to help others. He is very approachable and is fantastic at making new starters feel welcome. Graeme has recently been promoted to Crew Trainer and continues to excel every day. Champion - Harry
Harry has been part of Team Airport for seven months now and is settling perfectly. Harry is confident on all stations and is always flexible, helping everyone on shift, which makes him a very valued member of the team. Harry has shown a great interest in improving himself and continues to coach other crew when he has the chance to. Thank you, Harry – keep up the good work.

Champion - Brian
Brian is a vital part of the Brundall McFamily. He works extremely hard in the upkeep of the store. He comes in, cracks on and nothing is too much for him, he works well as part of the team and will go above and beyond to help us keep the store and backups in superb condition and meeting his own high standards. He is a valued member of the team and all managers respect and value all the help and support Brian gives them and the crew on a daily basis. We would all like to thank Brian for all his help over the years he has worked for us and in supporting the team at 1408. This is very well deserved. Well done and thank you Brian.

Champion - Amy
Since first joining our team Amy has made a great impact on the crew and customers that she interacts with each shift. She always makes sure she comes to work with a positive attitude and always helps wherever is needed. Amy often offers to complete extra cleaning tasks and is always pushing for high standards and setting a great example to other crew members. In her short time here, Amy has already made sure to make customers feel welcome each visit and always ensures that the quality of the food they receive is gold standard. Keep up the great work, Amy.

Sophie is a great personality around the store, she is a great team player and has a key role in the store. She loves friendly competition with the group and flourishes at beating them. Not to mention she never stops smiling. Well done Sophie – keep up the great work.

Champion - Breydon
Breydon is an asset to have on shift and will always get stuck in supporting the management team as much as he can. When working stations, he follows procedures well completes all tasks to a high standard, whilst actively working towards his shift targets. On numerous occasions Breydon has helped the team out with extra shifts and he will crack on without making a fuss. He is always willing to learn new tasks to develop himself. Champion - Iren
Iren has been working for us since September 2021 as a Customer Care Assistant. She is an excellent member of staff who works so hard every single day. Her attitude to work is astounding and Iren will never say no to helping out crew and customers. She has a fantastic way with customers, and we are always getting great comments about her from customers. Her standards are impeccable, and she always strives to give customers the best experience possible. She is an asset to our team, and we are so pleased to have her.
