Champions of the month April

At K Foley we’re very proud of our people and the hard work and high standards of our teams.

Our employees go above and beyond when it comes to delivering great quality and service and their efforts are always recognised – not just by their immediate team but by all members of the K Foley group.

We like to shine a spotlight on our star staff, awarding a champion of the month to a team member from each of our restaurants.

Store #150 King's Lynn

Champion - Natalie

Natalie joined our store very recently and has gone above and beyond ever since. She has followed all procedures and is very keen to do so, as well as offering to help wherever and whenever needed. Well done, Natalie.

Champion - Maddie

Maddie joined the Regent Road team in June 2021. In that time, she has grown from strength to strength and has proven to be a vital asset to the team here. You will quite often find Maddie on the front counter but over recent weeks she can be found in the kitchen sharpening up her knowledge in those areas in preparation to start the Crew Trainer Development Programme. Thank you, Maddie, keep up the excellent work and well done.

Champion - Ben

Ben has been going above and beyond this past month, really showcasing his expert knowledge. He never fails to keep busy, always finding a job to do using his own initiative. Recently Ben has stepped up helping to train crew on delivery. He is a great asset to have on shift with his quirky personality always boosting morale. Ben never fails to do any task to a high standard. Thank you, Ben.

Champion - Rhobella

Bella has been extremely enthusiastic and dedicated to working for McDonald’s, picking up extra shifts, working as a great role model with their positive proactive attitude. They excel when given a target or a problem to solve. Bella is always the first person to volunteer for a task or an issue, while also providing excellent customer service and has been an asset to the team. Keep up the great work, Bella.

Champion - Stephen

This month Stephen has shown some great achievements. He has come out of his comfort zone and has learnt a lot more stations including most of the kitchen, he shows a willingness to learn new things and has been massively helpful on shifts when we have struggled. Great job, Stephen.

Champion - Dylan

Dylan has been with us since July 2021. Since joining, he has gained confidence and has become a very knowledgeable crew member. He is a valued member of the team; Dylan always arrives on shift with a positive attitude and always punctual. He has excellent knowledge on kitchen and front stations which makes him a strong crew member in our production and service areas. Dylan will constantly use his initiative to help anybody and will always support anyone as well, he makes sure any tasks given to him are completed using correct procedures and to a high standard. It’s always a pleasure to work with Dylan and to have him on shift, keep up the good work.

Champion - Blessing

Blessing has been a vital member of our team for nearly 17 years and is pivotal to our breakfast shifts. He holds himself to incredibly high standards with his knowledge of everything in the kitchen being top notch. He’s always happy to support everyone on shift with his constant corrective coaching and support of every manager. Some would even go as far as to call him the king of breakfast. In his spare time Blessing is an avid Arsenal fan and loves playing football. A massive thank you to Blessing for all his hard work and truly well-deserved Champion of the Month.

Champion - Joseph

Joseph always comes to work with a smile, showing his enthusiasm and willingness to learn new stations each shift. He also provides our customers with the gold standard service they expect – thank you for all your hard and continuous work, it’s a pleasure to have you in shifts. Keep up the good work.

Champion - Ben

Ben is a keen sportsman and plays football regularly and is also a volunteer coach at the King’s Lynn go ride cycling club. Ben has worked at West Lynn for nearly a year and is a reliable Crew Member who can now work all stations. Thanks for all your hard work, Ben.

Champion - Henry

Henry has worked at our store for the last 2 ½ years. During this time, he has developed his skills on all stations to a great level as well as sharing his knowledge with other Crew Members. This has resulted in his recent promotion to Crew Trainer. Throughout April, Henry has assisted in the Maintenance role in preparation for our upcoming visit. He will complete all tasks asked of him to the best of his ability and without a fuss. On shift all Managers agree he is a hard-working member of the team who works towards targets and assists the Shift Managers wherever he can. Thank you for your hard work, Henry – it is much appreciated.

Champion - Harry

Harry is always a great help on shift, supporting others and making sure he does everything he can to make the shift easier. He has high cleanliness standards which really show when he’s on the overnight shift as he gets jobs done to high standards. Harry has a great attitude when working and is very polite to all Crew, Managers, and our customers. Well done, Harry

Champion - Taylor

Taylor has picked up all stations well and been an integral part of the store. He interacts well with the customers and understands the importance of speed within the customer journey and how he can impact this. He has been an asset on shift, and we look forward to seeing him grow. Well done, Taylor – great work.

Champion - Lucy

Lucy always arrives to work ready to give 100% every shift. She always puts the customer first, ensuring that they have an excellent experience when they visit the restaurant. She is always willing to help, whether that is flexing on to another station to help, or ensuring that her station is clean, tidy, and stocked before the end of her shift. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.

Champion - Tina

Tina is an extremely hard worker – she will never say no to helping out wherever needed. She is a stickler for all procedures and will ensure any crew she trains are trained to the best standard possible. Tina is friendly, funny, and always works to make the shift better by bringing up morale and working super hard. She is an asset to our team, and we are very grateful for her. Great work, Tina – thank you.
