Champion - Ellie
Congratulations to our Champion of the month, Ellie. She works on each of our stations every shift and always gives 110%, she always offers to help wherever possible to support all of her co-workers. Ellie is also working towards targets, pushing KVS and R2P to give our customers the best possible experience, she is also great at prompting “Clean As You Go” in the restaurant. Keep up the great work, Ellie!!

Champion - Shelby
Shelby is our Champion of the Month. She is a vital member of our team and attends every shift with a positive attitude. In her spare time, she likes to enjoy spending time with her friends and performing on stage with her band. She’s always there to help her team by staying extra hours and flexing onto other stations when needed. Thanks for your constant hard work, Shelby!!

Champion - Liam
Our Champion of the Month is Liam. Since joining us in October Liam has grown to become a very important member of the team. He comes to every shift with a smile on his face ready to get on with the shift and with anything that comes his way. Liam has become a TRUE HERO in the lobby collecting multiple “Food For Thoughts” per week, through his hard work ethic and brilliant customer service skills. His attention to detail has made him popular among the other members of staff when he’s doing anything from wiping tables and mopping the floors, to taking the bins out and washing the cloths. His amazing performance is not just out on the dining area, he will flex on the front counter and beverage cell whenever needed to without being asked. Well done, Liam!!

Congratulations to our Champion of the Month, Paige. Although she has not been with us long, she has really made an impact on the Managers and Crew around her. Picking up new skills every shift with ease and with a real passion for the job and responsibilities. She is working really hard towards her targets, as well as the quality that she gives to the customers. Paige is always positive on shift and a pleasure to work with. Great work, Paige!!

Over the last few months Ryan has worked very hard each day, working to a high standard, earning him Champion of the Month. Jimmy is our latest Champion of the Month. He is polite and friendly and is a pleasure on shift, always willing to help and get stuck in as part of the team. He picks up extra shifts where possible to help the restaurant out and is a very reliable and dependable member of our team. Jimmy displays the vital ingredients on shift helping to lead areas, follows up on procedures and coaches members of the team where necessary. After working with us for the past two years, James was promoted to Crew Trainer at the end of March. He has become an integral part of the training team and is now working with Saffron to ensure training grades are consistently achieved, and that is why he is our Champion of the Month. For nearly 5 years, Lauren has been a dedicated member of our crew! She consistently takes the lead and uses her initiative to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible. Lauren is a true team player who works seamlessly with fellow Crew and provides support sharing her knowledge at every opportunity. When put in pressured situations particularly during peak hours she is calm and focused ensuring smooth and effective operations. Lauren always has a positive attitude and lets her personality shine through on shift which contributes to an enjoyable working environment. A true Champion of the Month! Go Lauren!

Since working here, Rory has picked up on everything quickly and has made a real effort to get to know all the Crew, earning him Champion of the Month. He tackles tasks without being asked and is consistent in his standards of work. He upholds high standards for all areas of the store which is great to see and takes the time to learn new areas that he isn’t fully confident on yet. He is a credit to the team!!

In the short time Matthew has been with us, he has completed all his training and is in the process of finishing off a couple of areas at the breakfast stations. He is a versatile member of the team and is often flexing in where he can, showing that he is a great team player. He is very calm and measured and even at the peaks of business he is the one keeping his head, staying calm and positive, helping those around him. All the staff appreciate him on each shift. Since Thomas joined us, he has been an asset to our team. Thomas is polite and kind natured and really shows that when interacting with our customers. He always comes into work on time and with his full uniform. Nothing is ever too much for Thomas and that is why he is our Champion of the Month. He is always willing to lend a hand and flex in stations when needed. Thomas is a very hard worker and is very consistent with his output towards work. Thomas - thank you for everything you have contributed to the company thus far we really do appreciate your hard work and your outstanding personality!

Champion - Louis
Our Champion of the Month, Louis has become such an integral part of the team since his first day. He is always striving every shift to do his very best, constantly trying to learn things that he is unsure of and improve her knowledge of the areas around the store. He has stepped up and trained a few new starters where necessary and has shone while doing so. Louis is friendly, attentive, and always looking for the Gold Standard when dealing with customers.
