Champion - Holly
Holly joined the team in 2021 and has recently been promoted to Crew Trainer. Holly is dedicated to the role and consistently supports the team, making sure the correct procedures are being followed. Holly was recently on shift while the store underwent an audit for food safety in which we scored 94% and she was mentioned for her vast knowledge of food safety procedures, which she implements daily. Since joining the training team Holly makes sure any new starters are made to feel welcome and she strives to build their confidence on stations. Well done, Holly, keep up the fantastic work!

On every shift Lana brings her best self to work. She is the face of our store being the first point of contact for our customers, she always welcomes them with her warm and welcoming smile. Lana takes great pride in her role always giving it her all. Thank you, Lana.

Champion - Sheila
Sheila is a pleasure to have on shift. She always brings a positive attitude to work. Sheila is one of our experienced customer care team members and is always willing to take on a role in a different area; whether its serving on the tills or helping carry out lobby cleaning jobs nothing is ever too much for Sheila. She is very welcoming to both crew members and customers alike. Thank you, Sheila, your hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed. The store wouldn’t be the same without you.

Fion has always excelled in her role but has recently branched out to picking up new tasks and has shown great enthusiasm in doing so. She has a positive influence on every shift she is on, you can always rely on Fion to bring a smile and a great work ethic with her. Jack started his role with us in February 2023. Since then, he has continued to impress us. Jack has grown into a fundamental member of our team, with his positive attitude and his rive to learn. Champion - Krystal
Krystal has been with us since July 2023, and before this worked as a Shift Manager at Beccles before our refurbishment. She is a vital member of our team and works as a supportive team member on every shift. Krystal’s customer service is exceptional, and she always ensures she is providing our customers with the best service possible. Having extensive knowledge of all stations and procedures has allowed her to be fully flexible around the store. Kyrstal is currently working her way through the crew development programme to become a member of the Crew Trainer team. She is a highly valued member of our team. Keep up the good work Krystal.

Owen is always a big help on shift, whether its flexing in an us of danger zones without being asked, or keeping all stations exceptionally clean nothing is every too much to ask of Owen. He always supports his managers and the staff around him, keeping everyone in high spirits and creating a positive atmosphere on whatever shift he is on. The customers also really admire Owen, they always compliment how his friendly approach and polite manor. Congratulations Owen.
