Our Champion of the Month for January is Autumn. It’s safe to say she has excelled in her first few months in the store and really have taken it upon her stride to learn every area in the store to a great standard. Champion - Daniel
Our Champion of the Month for January is Daniel, who has with us now for 2 years and has recently been promoted to Crew Trainer. Daniel has become a very important member of the team from opening up in the morning to being here for the close no task is an issue for him. When on shift Daniel is always helping wherever he can and will always help others when needed, he always willing to stay on if needed and is very passionate about delivery making sure the stock room is always neat and tidy. Daniel isn’t afraid to give new things a try always finding ways to do it. Well done, Daniel!!

Our Champion of the Month for January is Paul. Since returning from education, he has really thrown himself into his job role. Our Champion of the Month for January is Curtis. He always comes to work with a smile and a can-do attitude. He always tries his best and will even ask to work at stations he isn’t the strongest on to try and improve himself. Curtis role models our values on every shift he works and lets his personality shine when interacting with customers and fellow employees. Great stuff, Curtis – well done!!

– Our Champion of the Month for January is Ethan, who has worked at Beccles for just over 5 years and is an excellent fully trained Crew Member. Ethan never stops smiling and always displays the most positive attitude. He is an absolute pleasure to have on shift. In his spare time Ethan enjoys gaming and jogging. Our Champion of the Month for January is Mia. She is such a pleasure to have on shift always more than happy to help out and keep everyone around her happy and bubbly. Her standards when it comes to cleanliness are second to none ensuring her station is always at the highest of standards! Her favourite station is beverage cell where she excels, you’re never waiting when Mia is on there as she runs the show! Please all enjoy me in congratulating Mia on this well-deserved recognition!!

Our Champion of the Month for January is Charlie, who has been a constant on the early morning set up ensure everything is done correctly and levels are correct, mostly working on his own. Charlie likes nothing more than his beloved Arsenal supporting them both home and away regardless of the results and where they are in the league. Thanks for all your hard work, Charlie!!

Our Champion of the Month for January is Ben, who has been part of our team for the last 2 years. During this time, he has become a fully flexible Crew Member who completes all stations to a high standard. When interacting with customers he is polite and will go out of his way to ensure they receive the best service possible. Recently the management team have seen Ben really step up with taking control of areas such as kitchen during evening shifts where he works hard to ensure all closing tasks are completed. He has also extended his availability, allowing him to learn the opening tasks, developing his skills sets further. Keep it up Ben, your hard work is greatly appreciated!!

Our Champion of the Month for January is Courtney. She is a member of staff who shows dedication for the job role, always offering to help when needed and to work any shift that may be asked of her. When on shift she makes a conscious effort to bring a positive attitude to all those who are working with her. Making sure that jobs are completed to a high standard As well as serving the customers with kindness, politeness, and positivity. Our Champion of the Month for January is Sam, who has just recently been promoted to Crew Trainer. He has used his skills, his positive attitude and energy to help deliver training to those around. Whilst only being part-time, Sam has a big impact on the store when he works. He has proven himself to be both adaptable and reliable. Our Champion of the Month for January is Tyler. He always comes to work with a positive and supportive attitude and is a real pleasure to have as part of the team. He excels during busy hours and always gives 100% effort regardless of the station he works. Tyler is fantastic at responding to danger zones and can easily take control to ensure his station is running smoothly.
