Our Champion of the Month for February is Thomas, who has been part of the King’s Lynn team since September 2023. Tom is a really good worker, always working hard and helping his colleagues when needed. Tom regularly does closes and always completes tasks to a high standard. Keep up the good work, Thomas!!

Our Champion of the Month for February is Maddie; she really is a true asset to the team at 180. Consistently putting 100% effort every shift into the work that she does. Whilst Maddie’s expertise lies within the Beverage Cell on the busiest of days. She can work any station within the store to a great standard. Maddie is reliable, hardworking and has a great can-do attitude. Thank you from the whole management team for your consistency Maddie, great work!!

Our Champion of the Month for February is Dexter, who has been with us now for a year and a half. Dexter has become an experienced member of the team and can work any areas within the restaurant. He always ensures that he delivers gold standard food to our customers. Dexter on many occasions comes in extra to help out and always works hard, when on shift is always helping out wherever he can. Well done, Dexter!!

Our Champion of the Month for February is Regan, who has been a shining star since she joined the team last September. She is always positive, friendly, and a key player in smashing her own and her team’s targets. She has taken her training onboard extremely quickly, always working to do better and showcases her excellent customer service skills, with great feedback. Keep up the great work, Regan!!

Champion - Jack
Our Champion of the Month for February is Jack, who has worked at Beccles for 9 years now is a very valued Crew Trainer. He is excellent at his roll and is also very good at completing maintenance duties as well. He is a massive Norwich City fan, and he follows them all over the country going to every home and away match. He is always looking to help out where he can and always goes above and beyond. Well done, Jack!!

Our Champion of the Month for February is Lillie. Although she is relatively new to our team, the impact she manages to have on every shift is fantastic! She’s picked up every station in front so quickly and is an asset to the shift wherever you put her. Lillie is always super friendly on shift helping everyone around her out with a smile on her face! No job is too much for her! Lillie has really stood out this month! In her spare time she loves dancing and has a real passion for it! So, everyone join me in congratulating our Champion of the Month – well done, Lillie!!

Our Champion of the Month for February is Poonamkumari. Poonam started with us in June last year and since then she has started to learn all stations, recently including being training in the kitchen areas. Our Champion of the Month for February is Jackie, who has been an invaluable part of our Customer Care team for the past 9 years. She consistently takes pride in her high standards, ensuring our customer areas are always clean, tidy, and welcoming. During our busiest times, Jackie works tirelessly, greeting customers, maintaining spotless tables, toilets, and car parks, assisting with orders, and making sure every customer receives the best service possible, all with effortless dedication. She truly is an asset to have on shift, always ready to take on any task and support the management team wherever she can. Thank you so much, Jackie, for your incredible hard work and commitment. Our Champion of the Month for February is Eddie, who has been with us since August last year and she has really settled into the team. She has grown in confidence personally, which is great to see on every shift as she gets bolder. She still has some training to do in the kitchen to complete her learning but has proven herself as an asset on shift. She will actively help those around her and look to complete secondary tasks when the business allows. It is always good to have you on shift and great to see you grow and find yourself. Our Champion of the Month for February is Bradley, who has worked here for a little over a year. Within that time, he has quickly become an integral part of the team. He uses his initiative to flex onto other stations and to keep his area clean and tidy. Brad brings a positive, hardworking attitude to each shift and works well with the managers and crew. The management team all agree that he has been going above and beyond this month and has excelled in the kitchen. Thank you for everything you do on shift Brad, your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!!

Our Champion of the Month for February is Summer, who is always are a pleasure to have on shift. Leading the drive-thru confidently with a positive and bubbly personality, which shines through each customer interaction. Summer is an integral part of our team regarding our drive-thru performance and OEPE, setting good standards for others on shift and are a core member of our team here at Broadland Gate.
