Every month we award a champion of the month to a member of staff from each of our restaurants.
But we don’t stop there – because we value our people so much, we also award an employee of the quarter – drawn from all of those who have been named champions.
Our employee of the quarter is celebrated by all our teams and given a very well-deserved prize.
