Our Champion of the Month for April is Julie, who always comes into the store with a positive mindset. Julie strives to give the best customer interactions and knows plenty of regularly customers prompting a genuine, friendly, and caring customer experience. Julie works really hard every shift, bringing a can-do attitude. Great work, Julie!!

Champion - Matthew
Our Champion of the Month for April is Matthew, who has quickly picked up his role since joining us. Matthew has become an integral part of the team, willing to help wherever is needed and helps the store out by picking up shifts. He has been willing to help new starters through their training as well. He is often seen flexing to and from stations, keeping his areas clean. Matthew is a very hard worker and is always using his initiative to find a job to keep himself busy on shift. He always strives to give the customer the best gold standard food and always makes time to make them memorable moments with them. Thanks, Matthew – well done!!

Champion - Emily
Our Champion of the Month for April is Emily, who always comes in with a smile on her face and never complains. She is always willing to do any tasks asked of her although she rarely needs to be asked. Emily goes above and beyond every day and never lets anything bring her down. She is always looking out for other crew and making sure they’re okay and know what they’re doing while also flexing onto other stations when we need her to. Emily is a great asset to the store and has really proved herself to the management team that she is capable to lead any area of the store. Thank you, Emily, for all your hard work over the last year it is great to see you being a role model to all your fellow crew!!

Our Champion of the Month for April is Marshall. Since joining the team at the end of last year, he has shown such dedication and loyalty to the job, with a great work ethic. He works extremely hard, and nothing is ever a bother. He is always doing as much as he can and learning as much as he can during his shifts, going that extra mile for anyone who needs it including the customers. Keep up the great work, Marshall!!

Our Champion of the Month for April is Mina-Lea, who is a great asset to the team. She always comes to work with a positive attitude and her personality uplifts the crew around her. Recently she has been building up her knowledge by developing her training in production areas of the restaurant. Every shift Mina-Lea is on, we're sure to be top of the Drive-Thru group! Our Champion of the Month for April is Bailey, who has worked here just under 2 years and he’s a real asset to the team. He will always flex onto to different stations where needs help, he will always come in extra if needed and has grown in confidence so much. Our Champion of the Month for April is Leo, who has gone from strength to strength continuously striving on any station he is put on! Consistently helping everyone out always corrective coaching and supporting his management team around him. Continuing to learn all parts of the store becoming an integral part of our night shifts! Our Champion of the Month for April is Thomas, who has worked at 1405 since last September. Thomas has quickly learnt all stations except drive-thru order taking, which he is keen to learn. Thomas lives in North Wooton with his family and his two cats. Thomas is a keen football supporter and likes nothing better than watching his beloved West Bromwich Albion. Thomas is always keen to help in all areas and his kitchen procedures are excellent. Keep up the great work!!

Our Champion of the Month for April is Kyle, who is approaching his one-year anniversary with us. He has truly established himself as a vital member of our team. He has great knowledge across all store stations and has consistent high standards which has made him someone we can always rely on. No task is ever too much for Kyle — he approaches everything with a positive attitude and gives 100% effort, whether he's supporting the management team or assisting his colleagues. During our busiest times, Kyle remains efficient and focused, always maintaining cleanliness and adhering to procedures with precision. Our Champion of the Month for April is Alfie, who always comes to work with a positive attitude – making sure that he speaks to each member of the team, so everyone has a positive shift. He has good knowledge within the store and understands procedures well. Alfie works hard on all areas of the store and has made a real effort to push himself onto learning new stations. He has had positive comments from customers about his service whilst on headset and makes sure he’s always polite to customers giving them great service each time. Keep up the good work!!

Our Champion of the Month for April is Lily, who always comes to work with a positive attitude. She's a reliable member of the Cromer team and the managers all have nothing but good times to say about Lily. Lily is a key member of the team in the evening helping to give our customers the best service she can. while supporting the closing staff and ensuring she keeps her station clean and stocked up. Champion - Chanel
Our Champion of the Month for April is Chanel, who has worked with us at Asda since opening the store in 2021 – but her McDonald’s journey began in the summer of 2019 when she started working at Gapton Hall alongside college. She is a valuable part of the team and is respected by both management and crew. Chanel always goes above and beyond on shift and is an important member of the team who supports the management team daily by working as a team player. She will always complete her tasks as well as supporting her team around her. Chanel is in her final year of university and graduates in July where she has been working relentlessly on her computer science degree. In her spare time, she loves to spend time socialising with her friends. On behalf of the Asda team, thank you!!
