Champion - Filipe
Filipe started working for K Foley in July 2021. He enjoys being at McDonald’s – especially the challenge of working during busy periods, as it tests and strengthens his skills. He always comes to work with the right attitude and makes the effort to support his team. Filipe is working towards his degree in sports science and wishes to become a physio. In his spare time, he enjoys sport, particularly football and plays as often as he can. Keep up the great work, Filipe.

Champion - Josh
Josh has been working at Tuckswood for just under a year. He’s always been motivated to do his best, but recently he’s really shown a drive to learn and develop his skills further. Josh has quickly become one of our most dependable workers in all areas, he’s extremely helpful to have on shift and constantly lifts team morale. Great job Josh, keep up the good work.

Champion - Sophie
Sophie is a dependable part of the Beccles team. She is reliable, punctual and hardworking – ensuring customers’ needs are always put first. She uses her initiative to solve any problems she comes across and will always be looking for something to do without waiting for instruction. She’s always willing to help other team members when needed, and consistently ensures that her area is clean, tidy and stocked up ready to go. We appreciate your hard work, Sophie! Champion - Alec
Alec became part of the team at Gapton in July 2021. Since then, he has become an integral part of the kitchen team, working most busy weekend evenings doing what he can to assist with a smooth running of the shift and improving operations. Alec studied architecture at university – a cool fact about him is that he can speak a good amount of Korean and is studying multiple other languages. Thank you for the support you offer the management team, you are a very well-deserved winner of employee of the month. Well done.

Champion - Ben
Ben has worked with us for more than a year now and he is just as enthusiastic as when he started. Ben is a reliable and confident individual who has the customers’ interests at heart. He’s able to work at a high standard on all stations, so it’s very helpful having him on shift. He is also very keen to pick up extra shifts to help the store out and is happy to work any station. Ben will clean as he goes to ensure hygiene standards are met and doesn’t hesitate when a manager asks him to do something. On top of this, his bubbly personality makes him a nice person to be around and generally lifts the morale of the crew. Thank you for your hard work, Ben – keep it up.

Champion - Chris
Chris is a hardworking member of the ‘Brundall McFamily’, who gets stuck in and is always keen to learn. He works well as part of the team and is very attentive to customers when he is on the front counter. He is always looking for extra jobs to do and will go the extra mile to help those around him if they need it. Chris works his shifts with the correct attitude and with a huge smile on his face. He is very deserving of the employee of the month award. Well done and thank you Chris.

Callum is an exceptional member of the team – he is always hard working and ready to complete the tasks required. When Callum comes in, he is always in a good mood and lifts the morale. Erin is a great team player and an asset to the store. She uses her initiative, is always looking for what needs to be done next and makes sure she has completed all of her tasks before she leaves. She helps in all areas and is always doing so with a smile on her face which adds to the customer experience and makes her a great part of the team. Michelle is an asset to the team – she comes in every day with a smile on her face ready to work. Jo is still reasonably new to her role but has become an integral part of the team. She lights up the shift and brings such positive energy - it is impossible for anyone to be in a bad mood around her! She is excellent with our customers - and we get constant positive feedback about her great service. She is more than happy to learn any station and is also happy to teach others something new.
