Champion - Nathan
Nathan is a fantastic member of the Crew Trainer team here
at Regent Road. He has worked here for a year and a half and always uses his
initiative and will help out wherever he is needed. He is great to have on
shift and is very hard working. He has an excellent future within the company.

Champion - Gushmesh
Ghushmesh only joined us as a Customer Care Assistant very
recently but has really impressed with his high spirits and commitment to the
role. He consistently receives fantastic feedback for his customer interaction
and goes above and beyond to ensure customers leave the store satisfied with
their experience. He always turns up with a positive attitude and
motivates the rest of his team! Well done, Ghushmesh.

Champion - Jacob
Jacob has been with us since September 2021. Within this
time, he has become a vital asset to our team. He has strong knowledge of both
front and kitchen stations and is continuing to grow his knowledge. He has
great initiative and is more than happy to lend a helping hand to anyone. He
ensures all tasks are completed to the highest standard and even seeks
additional tasks to complete throughout his shifts. Jacob has a great rapport
with all the team which reflects in the way he communicates and works alongside
others – he is definitely a team player. Due to Jacob being an experienced
member of the team he is always willing to pass along his knowledge to others
and help the team as much as he can. It is a pleasure to work with Jacob, keep
up the fantastic work.

Champion - Dovile
Dovile has been part of our team since September 2022 and
she continues to excel across all areas on the front counter, bringing her best
self to work and offering gold standard customer service by letting her
personality shine through every time. You can always bet that Dovile will give
110% to any assigned task. Although only with us for a short time, she fits in
like part of the furniture. Great work Dovile and thank you.

Champion - Hannah
Since joining the Norwich Airport store, Hannah has shown
great interest in learning all areas. She is a valued member of the team and we
can always rely on her to get the task at hand completed to the best standard
she can. She always goes above and beyond with customers ensuring they have a
great visit each time. Hannah always has a smile on her face and is a pleasure
to be on shift with. Thanks for all your hard work.

Champion - Joe
Joe has been with us since September 2021. Joe loves working
at McDonald’s and is very hard working, he lives and breathes the Vital
Ingredients in everything he does. Joe takes pride in his personal appearance
and is always polite and punctual picking up extra shifts and doing anything he
can to help. Joe is currently still in education studying for a level 3 diploma
in engineering in renewable energy. Well done and thank you to joe from the
management team for all your hard work.

Champion - Michael
Michael joined our team in August and is a wonderful Crew
Member to have on shift, he always takes initiative and gets varied jobs
completed without being asked. He always comes into his shift with a positive
attitude and treats everyone with courtesy and respect. He delivers great Quality,
Service & Care to all customers and he is often noticed by customers for
doing a great job. Well done, Michael and keep up the good work.

Champion - Sam
Sam joined our team back in July and
currently works part-time whilst at college. He has shown great adaptability
learning most areas and flexing in to help when he feels the need to do so. He
has much initiative and a desire to learn new things. He is great with people
and gets on with all staff. He has a very upbeat personality that shines on the
shifts he works and it’s a pleasure to have him. Keep up the great work, Sam.

Champion - Keiran
Kieran joined the team in June 2021 when the store first
opened and is a very deserving employee of the month. He is an incredibly hard
worker that is an essential part of the team. Kieran goes above and beyond
on every shift, always giving customers the best quality. Kieran's positive
attitude is an absolute pleasure – he embodies all of McDonald's values in
everything he does. Keep up the great work, Kieran.

Champion - Alfee
Alfee has worked at Broadland Gate since the store first
opened. In this time, he has become one of our most valued members of the team
and we know we can always trust him to give 100% into any task asked of him. He
is a big character and creates a positive atmosphere around him whenever he is
on shift. Alfee is a credit to our store and we appreciate having him as part
of our team here at Broadland Gate. He always uses his initiative and ensures
