Champion - Amy
Amy has worked at Regent Road for just over a
year and a half. She has recently gained 3 stars and is on her way to her 4th star. She is always happy in her job and uses her initiative to flex where she
is needed. Amy is a very valued member of the team. She plays drums in her
college band and likes hockey and basketball. Well done, Amy keep up the
fantastic work.

Champion - Matt
Matt joined Tuckswood in
2016, he is passionate and has great knowledge which he shares with everyone on
shift. Matt is quick to help anyone who needs it and does so with a smile on
his face which he can’t help but spread to others on shift every day. He takes
pride in his work and will continuously go above and beyond to ensure he
completes work to the highest standards and will gladly give his time to get
the job done. Matt has always been a great asset here at Tuckswood and is now
almost a part of the building, cementing himself as one of the core members of
the team. The place would not be the same without him. Thank you, Matt – keep

Champion - Jack
Jack has been a key member of the team for a number of years now. His dedication, consistency and high standards make him stand out. He is always willing to help out those who need it and is always a delight to have on shift. He adapts well to any procedure changes and ensures that this information is passed along to the crew, coaching them when needed. As a member of our morning team, predominantly, he always ensures that the restaurant is set up for the day ahead and assists the shift leader to identify any potential barriers he has noticed. Champion - Cindy
Cindy, also known as the ‘Queen of Beverage Cell’ is a true asset to our
store. Cindy is dependable, helpful, dedicated and hard working. She always
brings her best self to work and will go above and beyond to help the team,
always offering to stay and help if needed. She will work any station to a very
high standard and stays proactive by completing a thorough changeover for the
next shift ensuring the team is in a good place. She always ensures our guests
receive good Quality, Service & Care. From all of the management team

Champion - Mihir
Since starting with us Mihir has shown great enthusiasm for the job and this makes a great impact on the shift and others around him. He is always willing to learn and help out as much as he can, with a kind and gentle manner. Mihir shows respect for each and every member of staff and has fantastic customer service skills. Champion - Phoebe
Phoebe has been with us since November 2021. She is a valued member of the team and is always willing to help out and work extra shifts if needed. Phoebe has a positive attitude and always displays the ‘Vital Ingredients’ and gives our customers great service. Since joining McDonald’s Elli has set her standards high in everything she does. She treats all customers and crew with respect and always shows the ‘Vital Ingredients’ when on shift. A big well done to Tyler who was selected for employee of the month for February. Tyler has a great impact on every shift and often helps to make sure everything is set up ready to go, stepping up as the kitchen area leader when required. Clem joined our team in May 2022. She has a can-do attitude and always has a smile on her face. Charlie has been working for us since the opening of the store and has been working his way to being a key member of the team ever since starting. He is a hardworking and reliable crew member who never says no to helping out. He has been integral in helping other stores when they need staff and always shows what a hard worker he is when filling in.
