Champion - Jasmine
Our Champion of the Month for July, Jasmine, knows what is expected of her on each station she is assigned to and manages to exceed these expectations every time. Ensuring she has her station stocked before and after her shift finishes which enables the changeover to run smoothly, also making sure she is meeting the levels on eProduction. She’s always a pleasure to have on shift, always extremely helpful and her knowledge of new procedures is impressive. Keep up the great work!!

Champion - Olivia
Our Champion of the Month for July is Olivia. I speak for everyone when I say how much of an asset Olivia has been, working so hard, giving 100% every time and being such an asset to every shift. There have been many times she has stayed extra to help the team. All of this does not go unnoticed. Well done, Liv very well deserved. Thank you from all the management team!!

Champion - Niamh
Our Champion of the Month for July is Niamh. She always comes in with a smile on her face and never complains. She is always willing to do any tasks asked of her although she rarely needs to be asked. Niamh goes above and beyond every day and never lets anything bring her down. She is always looking out for other crew and making sure they’re okay and know what they’re doing while also flexing onto other stations when we need her to. Niamh is a great asset to have on shift with her personality always boosting morale. Since returning to uni, she has also become part of the closing team helping to train new starters how to do a close. Thank you, Niamh, your hard work is greatly appreciated!!

Our Champion of the Month for July is Dylan, an amazing Crew Trainer and employee. He is always committed to doing a really good job. Making suggestions and looking to improve himself and others, proactively coaching, training and verifying, as well as completing all tasks he is given at pace and to a high standard. Our Champion of the Month for July is Jana. She has been exemplary to the store with her dedication and enthusiasm on drive-thru this month, she's also learning to be a Crew Trainer and has been putting herself out there when it comes to kitchen and learning all the different areas, she's been a great help to the store with her friendly attitude that is shown in a lot of the CSat comments. Keep up the great work, Jana!!

Champion - Ben
Our Champion of the Month for July is Ben. He is a very valued Crew Member in our team, soon to be progressing to Crew Trainer. He is always happy to help and flex on any stations which he can see needs support. Ben has been with us two years and outside of work he enjoys gaming online with his friends. He is also a keen football fan who supports Tottenham Hotspur. Fantastic work, Ben, keep it up and very well deserved!!

Champion - Aisha
Our Champion of the Month for July is Aisha. Despite only working with us since May, she has quickly established herself here as a key member of the team here with her constant hard work and helping everyone out, whether that be staying on to help or just flexing into other stations she sees are struggling. Aisha has settled really well into the team and with her experience already looks as if she has worked for us a lot longer than just the 2 months she has been a part of our team. She also loves interacting with our customers with so many positive reviews about her attitude and manner with them. Aisha really has taken to life here perfectly with her great attitude towards her job and how helpful and supportive she has been with everyone on shift. It has truly been a pleasure to have worked alongside her!!

Our Champion of the Month for July is Travis. During the time that Travis has been part of the team, he has shown great interest and enthusiasm in all that he does. He always arrives to work with a smiley face and is always incredibly friendly. Not only does travis thrive in what he does, he also helps out others without hesitation! Our Champion of the Month for July is Adam. He transferred to 1405 two months ago from Suffolk when he moved to King’s Lynn and has taken on a key role in the Crew Trainer position. Adam has shown a great desire to progress and has helped to implement the new training programme for new starters with the new Harri system, MyWelcome. Great work, Adam, well deserved!!

Our Champion of the Month for July is Charlie. He is a reliable and hard-working member of our team who always puts in 100% effort to ensure our customers receive the best service possible. During busy periods he remains focused whilst under pressure and will help the team out in any way he can. On shift he follows procedures well and ensures his station area is kept stocked, clean and tidy. Thank you for your hard work, Charlie it's much appreciated!!

Our Champion of the Month for July is Perry. Perry is always working hard when on shift, ensuring that customers have a great experience. Our Champion of the Month for July is Eve. She has only been with us since April but has had an amazing impact in that short time. Originally being part of the customer care team Eve switched to being Crew and hasn’t looked back. She is helpful and polite on shift with a brilliant can-do attitude. Eve is a fast learner and a pleasure to have on shift. Great work, Eve!!

Our Champion of the Month for July is Megan. She has worked for McDonald’s for just over 3 years now. Since she first started, she has become an integral part of the team, consistently supporting her managers on shift. Our Champion of the Month for July is Lauren. She is an excellent Crew Trainer who has been with us from opening day, she will always go above and beyond to ensure that customers are receiving gold standard QSC on every shift she is on. Lauren is a great asset to the store and with her very high standards she is the perfect person to have on shift to assist the management team in the mornings. She is always more than willing to help and coach anybody wherever needed and will do anything for the team!
