Our Champion of the Month for November is Jennie. She is an ever-present asset to the company starting her McDonald’s journey all the way back in 1998. In the almost 27 years she has been here, her unwavering commitment and adaptability to change is what has made her the amazing Customer Care ambassador that she is. Jennie is a familiar face for all our guests at Regent Road as she has been providing memorable and special hospitality to thousands of guests for over two and a half decades. Jennie, thank you for your continuous hard work and application from the whole management team at 180!!

Our Champion of the Month for November is Craig. Craig has been with us for about 6 years and has worked in both crew and lobby doing this time. Craig always comes into work with a smile on his face and is always willing to help wherever he is needed. Craig always puts customers first making sure that every customer gets an excellent service going above and beyond to help in any way he can to make their visit special. Craig always helps in any area of the store whenever they need help also on the odd occasion enjoys doing breakfast dive. Craig always encourages customers to give feedback through food for thoughts and is always keen to see how many he receives each week. Great job, Craig!!

Our Champion of the Month for November is Preston. He has worked here at Beccles for 6 months and is a very valued member of the team. He excels in all areas of the restaurant and has great customer service skills. His enthusiasm to work is second to none. Out of work Preston is a Personal Trainer and loves spending time at the gym. Our Champion of the Month for November is Ruth. Since joining the team, Ruth has consistently created a welcoming atmosphere and delivered incredible hospitality for our guests. She has built up a fantastic rapport with our customers and ensures that everyone leaves that little but happier! Ruth always uses her initiative in ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard, and flexes onto stations to really keep the customers journey flowing. Ruth was deservingly promoted to a Customer Experience Leader in April and has since then continued to excel in all aspects of her new job role. Our Champion of the Month for November is Fred. He has been a huge asset to our team ever since he transferred earlier this year. He is the most dependable crew member, he is kind, considerate and patient with new starters, giving them the best possible training he can give.
