Our Champion of the Month for August is Amber. Amber always works really hard, quickly and efficiently. She always uses CAYG without being asked and has amazing knowledge of procedures regarding all stations. She maintains a positive attitude on all shifts and works amazingly as part of the team. Champion - Brandon
Our Champion of the Month for August is Brandon. He has been a true asset to the team this summer, giving 110% effort to any station that he works. He can be counted on to work the most demanding stations during the busiest periods and absolutely smash it. His can-do attitude and team orientated ethics is what really does make him stand out. It’s amazing to see how much he has developed since the beginning of the summer, really growing in to a vital member of our team. An absolute chicken batch, grill and fry station KING! A really big well done to you, Brandon – thank you from the whole 180 management team!!

Champion - Dexter
Our Champion of the Month for August is Dexter. He always comes in with a smile on his face and never complains. He is always willing to do any tasks asked of him although he rarely needs to be asked. Dexter goes above and beyond every day and never lets anything bring him down. He is always looking out for other crew and making sure they’re okay and know what they’re doing while also flexing onto other stations when we need him to. Dexter has become a great asset to the store from doing a variety of shifts helping out with covering shifts whenever needed, to training new starters in the evenings. Dexter never fails to do any tasks asked of him and always going above and beyond. Well done, Dexter!!

Our Champion of the Month for August is Abi. She is an amazing employee – taking everything in her stride, working hard to smash her targets, completing her tasks and exceeding them. Always smiling and having a positive can-do attitude, being a positive influence which impacts the shifts she works and everyone around her. Congratulations Abi, thanks for all your hard work!!

Champion - Hazel
Our Champion of the Month for August is Hazel. She's come back from University and has made such an impact on whatever shifts she's been on, whether it's on drive thru or coming out of her comfort zone and doing more and more kitchen, she's been a massive help when it comes to training in the past month in a busy period and making sure the trainees that we have had are up to standard and have some great knowhow and knowledge. Great work, Hazel!!

Champion - Maizie
Our Champion of the Month for August is Maizie. She has worked us for a couple years and has become an asset to the team. Maizie has exceptional knowledge on front stations and is always at hand to share her skills with other crew. She completes any job given to her at the highest standard, whilst using her initiative to delegate close jobs or tasks to other members of the team. Maizie also portrays all the vital ingredients ensuring customers satisfaction is exceeded. She is a very strong area leader and ensures her station runs smoothly when on it. Maizie is very reliable and is a delight to have on shift! Thank you, Maizie, keep up the great work!!

Champion - Sian
Our Champion of the Month for August is Sian. She has been a vital member of our team for several years consistently excelling in her role, whether it be running an area or supporting her managers she always goes above and beyond with everything she does. Her level of detail when it comes to cleaning and ensuring everything is set up properly is second to none. Sian is a true pleasure to have on every shift with her friendly bubbly attitude and always ensuring everyone on shift feels involved and heard. She consistently runs areas to the highest of standards ensuring all her customers leave happy and smiling with the golden standard we hold ourselves to. No job is too small and she always applies herself fully, as well as always coming in to help out and support everyone around her. Our Champion of the Month for August is Lucja, who has been with us for a long time now and always goes above and beyond to provide that excellent service to our customers. Our Champion of the Month for August is Alistair. He has returned from university this summer and has been a massive support in the store. Our Champion of the Month for August is Archie. He has been a part of our team since 2022 and since then he’s grown into a consistently hard-working member of our Broadlands team. He is always quick to jump in and help others, use his strengths to show others how to develop in kitchen and he also listens to feedback and acts upon this. He is always on time and never hesitates to get stuck in. Archie, keep up the great work!!

Champion of the Month for August is Lauren. Since starting here Lauren has always shown such dedication for the job role. She is always working hard on each station to make sure that customers are served with high standards, and she’s always helping out managers. Lauren is consistent in her hard work and is a huge credit to the team, she focuses on Q, S & C and she is a great example to other crew members. Well done, Lauren!!

Our Champion of the Month for August is Alex. Alex is a great member of the team. As a uni leaver she has come straight back in and delivered the great standards she always shows. Our Champion of the Month for August is Destiny. She joined the team in June and has always been a big help to the team , always willing to try new stations and to flex on any station we need her to. Champion - Ben
Our Champion of the Month for August is Ben. He is an outstanding crew member who consistently ensures that they are putting maximum effort in to support the team on every shift that he is on. His work ethic, attitude towards learning and his coaching/training of other crew, has helped him in progressing up to crew trainer soon. No job is too big for Ben, he will always complete any task to an excellent standard and will always look for ways to assist the management team. His happy go lucky attitude and his work ethic combined, make him an asset to the store and to have on shifts. Thank you for everything you do Ben, it is much appreciated!
