Our Champion of the Month for September is Alfie. He is a crucial member of our night shifts and closes. He works tirelessly to ensure that any station he works on is performing well and will always help anyone around him. Our Champion of the Month for September is Nathan. He has been with us for about 2 years now and always goes above and beyond to help the store run smoothly. Nathan is a vital part of our closing team helping to make sure the store is clean and ready for the next day. Nathan always comes in with a smile on his face ready to do any tasks asked of him without hesitation. He is a great asset to have on shift leading any area of the store helping the store to reach its targets. Since joining us, Andrew has never failed to come into work with a massive smile and a can-do attitude, which leads to creating a positive atmosphere on shift. Our Champion of the Month for September is Dylan. He has worked here at Beccles for 3 years he has recently been promoted to Crew Trainer. Dylan is a massive influence on shift and is a very valued member of the team who always supports the management team. Our Champion of the Month for September is Cindy. She is a vital component every shift she is a part of, no matter what station she is on it’s always ran efficiently and smoothly! Everyone adores Cindy with her bubbly friendly attitude keeps everyone on shift happy and motivated! With her constant and consistent hard work Cindy is truly an asset to have for any manager to have on shift from how hard she works to how everyone likes her including our customers with constant positive reviews! He has taken initiative to learn every station in the restaurant, showcasing his commitment to being a versatile and valuable team member. Daniel consistently provides outstanding service to our customers, always polite, attentive, and focused on ensuring they have the best experience possible. In the kitchen he works efficiently, especially during our busiest periods, and is always ready to lend a hand to support other team members. Our Champion of the Month for September is Harry. He is an absolute star on all shifts – coming into work with the right mentality every day and always working to the best of his ability.
