Champion - Joe
Our Champion of the Month for October is Joe. Over the last few months, Joe's attitude at work has seen strong positive improvements. His attention to detail during cleaning on closes has grown and his confidence in running areas on front is shown by the impressive operational times he's achieved. Great stuff, Joe – keep up the hard work!!

Champion - Terry
Our Champion of the Month for October is Terry. Terry is a crew member who always has a can-do attitude. Terry's strongest area is the kitchen however he doesn’t shy away from front counter and is excellent when interacting with our customers. He is consistent in displaying the vital ingredients. Terry is our kind friendly giant who is always there to lend a helping hand and is never afraid to help others in need. He consistently flexes onto stations to help others without prompting. Terry is an integral part of the 180 team and whilst we were closed for our refurb he worked at the Asda branch. The team at 1618 also felt this was well deserved. He adapted well to being in a different store and they quickly became accustomed to his kind nature. Well done Terry thank you for your continued hard work!!

Champion - Emily
Our Champion of the Month for October is Emily. Emily has been with us for over a year now and each shift goes above and beyond to help everybody she works with. Emily does a variety of shifts from early morning to late in the evening no tasks is an issue for her. She always makes sure her station is stocked and cleaned before leaving ready for the next rush and is always quick to respond when a job is needed doing. Emily is a great asset to the store and has really proved herself to the management team that she is capable to lead any area of the store. Thank you, Emily, for all your hard work over the last year it is great to see you being a role model!!

Our Champion of the Month for October is Declan. Declan is a loyal, reliable, and dedicated member of our team. Always ready to help to achieve our goals, even coming in extra. He is extremely hardworking with proactive approach to whatever area he is working in and always going that extra mile on shift. Regularly receiving great feedback from customers and managers. Great work, Declan – well deserved!!

Our Champion of the Month for October is James. James has only been in the role for a couple of months but has showcased an understanding to execute procedures correctly and efficiently. He has become a key part of the production team and brings the key ingredients into every shift he works. Thanks for all your hard work, James. Well done!!

Our Champion of the Month for October is Angela. Angela has been with us for just under 7 years now and is an asset to our overnight team. She never fails to bring a great attitude on shift and always aims to go above and beyond in her tasks and responsibilities. She carries these out to the highest of standards always ensuring the store is tidy and spotless for the morning staff to come into. Along with this Angela’s customer service skills are great. She never fails to meet the vital ingredients and always provides customers with the best service possible. Angela is fully flexible around the store and has extensive knowledge on all stations and procedures . Well done and thank you for all your consistent hard work you bring to the team!!

Our Champion of the Month for October is Dave. Dave is always an absolute joy to have on shift, whether it’s his constant hard work or his positive attitude, everyone agrees he is a pleasure to have around. Even the customers love him with all the positive CSATs about him! Dave goes above and beyond on every shift to ensure all those around him are happy and smiling whilst also being a massive support to his management team ensuring everywhere is clean and running smoothly! Our champion of the Month for October is Kirsty. Kirsty has been with us for 5 years now and what a blast it has been. An absolute asset to the team and it’s always a pleasure to have you working alongside us. Our Champion of the Month for October is Chloe. Chloe has been an essential part of our team since 2018. This year Chloe achieved a significant milestone by completing her degree in criminology and sociology! Since returning full-time, Chloe has continued to demonstrate her dedication to providing outstanding service. During our busiest times she keeps calm, works quickly, and ensures every task is completed to the highest standard. Chloe is always willing to lend a hand, share her knowledge and support her colleagues. Our managers agree Chloe is a joy to work with and her hard work and positive attitude is deeply valued. Our Champion of the Month for October is Mushtaq. Mushtaq is a reliable member of the team, he will always come in to help if needed, as well as making sure that all crew are following procedures whilst on shift. He makes sure that he always has high levels of Quality, Service and Cleanliness and brings a positive attitude to every shift. All managers feel that Mushtaq is a credit whilst on shift. Our Champion of the Month for October is Jeeva. Jeeva has been actively working through stations and proven herself in every area she works. Champion - Michelle
Our Champion of the Month is Michelle. Michelle has worked with us since May 2021 and has grown into a vital part of our team. Since coming back from Maternity leave, she has settled right back in and continues to put 100% into every shift. Michelle always manages to keep herself busy, whether that being service our customers or keeping her station clean, she just doesn’t stop! She brings a positive can-do attitude to each shift, and nothing is ever too much for her! Keep up the fantastic work Michelle, it hasn’t gone unnoticed!!

Our Champion of the Month for October is Rebecca. Rebecca is a superstar – she is always willing to go the extra mile for her colleagues and the customers. She is an ace in all areas of the store, and prides herself on ensuring that every shift she is working on, she helps management set up and keep the store running smoothly.
