Our Champion of the Month for March is Shelby. Week by week she puts in maximum effort to the work she does and continues to grow stronger within her role. Trained in all areas wherever Shelby works you know it will be a job well done. With her bubbly personality and can-do attitude Shelby lets her personality shine through and raises the morale of others around her. Champion - Kieron
Our Champion of the Month for March is Kieron, who has been with us for nine months and has become an important member of the team since. Kieron is constantly on the look for things to do and always willing to learn new stations. This isn’t Kieron’s first time working for McDonald’s, having previously worked at the Boundary Road store around 10 years ago. Kieron is always willing to come in extra and stay on to help. He is also always on the lookout to collect anything to do with McDonald’s. He also comes to work with a positive attitude and a massive smile on his. All the crew love to work with him and the managers love having him on their shifts!!

Our Champion of the Month for March is Keeley, who is a shining star on every shift. She consistently goes above and beyond, working hard to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers. Her efforts extend beyond the customer area—she takes a holistic approach to each visit, ensuring that every aspect of the experience is exceptional. Great work, Keeley!!

Our Champion of the Month for March is Baijy, whose dedication and hard work don’t go unnoticed. Whether it’s whipping up some Gold Standard food or ensuring everything in the kitchen is clean and tidy, Baijy puts 110% into everything he does. Our Champion of the Month for March is George, who has worked here at Beccles for two years in July. He is currently studying engineering at college in his spare time. He enjoys gaming and going out with his friends. Whilst at work George is very enthusiastic and always does a great job on whatever station he’s on. He’s a pleasure to have on shift. Well done, George – well deserved!!

Our Champion of the Month for March is Gannoruwa AKA G, who is always a pleasure to have around with his bubbly positive attitude affecting everyone around him customers and staff included! He’s always so helpful on every shift but by far his best station is instore consistently bossing it and having an amazing R2P no matter what! G is genuinely one of the friendliest people we’ve had the pleasure of working with and we cannot think of a more deserving Champion!!

Our Champion of the Month for March is Ross, who has been with the store for 17 years now. Ross shines through every single day making them special feel-good moments for our customers, never failing to give it the absolute best to ensure everyone has that special journey. Our Champion of the Month for March is Corben, who has worked for West Lynn since August 2023. He studies at Spirit Wood sixth form learning maths, economics, and business with a view to going to uni or finding a role in project management and accountancy. Corben lives at home with his parents, he has two brothers, a sister, nine dogs, three cats, a sheep, and numerous ducks!! Keep up the great work, Corben!!

Our Champion of the Month for March is Jacob, who consistently delivers great customer interactions and is always ready to support the management team. He has also developed his skills behind the counter to assist during busy periods, showing great adaptability and teamwork. Not only that, but Jacob can always be relied upon to keep the lobby area tidy and ensure a smooth experience for our customers by helping them place orders through the kiosks. His dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile make him a valued member of our team! Thank you, Jacob, keep up the amazing work!!

Our Champion of the Month for March is Ollie, who has made huge progress within the kitchen these past few months, getting better and better and initiate each shift. He has now become one of our strongest initiators because of his hard work and commitment. Ollie is always keeping busy completing cleaning tasks, and he goes out of his way to ensure that all crew are working hard as well. I recently received a compliment from a customer who noticed Ollie’s hard work and determination and was really happy with his efforts in the kitchen. Well done, Ollie!!

Our Champion of the Month for March is Luke, who is being recognised for his hard work and great teamwork. Luke has really stepped up this month helping the management team run areas when needed. Champion - Lauren
Our Champion of the Month for March is Lauren, who is such a vital part of our front staff. Recently she has gone above and beyond to widen her knowledge of the different stations and procedures in the kitchen. Lauren went from having very little knowledge of each station in the kitchen, to now being able to confidently work anywhere needed, including assemble on a very busy breakfast shift. It has been fantastic seeing her taking control of her own training, gain a bunch of confidence and grow into a member of the team that can jump onto any station to help. It is a pleasure to have you on shift Lauren! Your positive attitude and determination make you the perfect recipient of our March Champion of the Month! Keep up the excellent work, Lauren!!
