Champion - Carl
Our Champion of the Month for May is Carl. Since returning to work after being involved in a serious accident, Carl has been very positive being back at work. Carls always ensures that trainees are well looked after and that their training is informative and of a high standard. Carl consistently provides Crew with in the moment feedback ensuring everyone’s knowledge is always improving. Carl always gives his best and is always looking to lend a hand to others when needed, often flexing onto other stations within the kitchen without prompting, and setting the standard for other employees. Carl has shown real promise in leading his areas, involving everyone in the team and not afraid to complete daily tasks himself whilst delegating jobs to others. Carl thank you for your continued support, hard work, and service to us here at 180. Well done and congratulations!!

Our Champion of the Month for May is James, who has been working with us for just under a year and you can see his confidence grow every shift he’s on. He comes to every shift with a smile on his face ready to get on with the shift and with anything that comes his way. James has become a very important member of the closing team always helping wherever he can to make the sure everywhere is clean and stocked up for the next day. James isn’t afraid to learn new things always asking he can learn new stations which results in him flexing around onto different stations doing busy periods. Well done, James!!

Our Champion of the Month for May is Freya, who consistently goes above and beyond in her role. She is a dedicated, caring, and supportive team member who always strives to do her best. Whether she’s helping out during busy shifts, supporting her fellow crew members, or delivering great service to our customers, Freya brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day. Our Champion of the Month for May is Jamie. He is an exceptional part of the overnight team. He always ensures he's on top of cleanliness and be well served procedures to allow a smooth transition into the opening shift. Our Champion of the Month for May is Joe, who has worked at Beccles for just shy of seven years, and he is an absolute asset to our team. Joe always seeks to lend a helping hand to his colleagues flexing onto other stations when needed and using his own initiative. Joe has been learning front stations lately and has been fantastic in customer facing roles ensuring our customers are always happy with the service provided. In Joe’s spare time he enjoys hanging out with his friends. Joe is an absolute pleasure to have on shift and always comes in with a positive attitude. Keep up the great work Joe!!

Our Champion of the Month for May is Geoff, who works tirelessly towards the upkeep of our restaurant and thrives off being assigned tasks and completing them to the highest of standards. No job is too big or too small and he is always approachable and ready to lend a helping help. For anyone that has the pleasure of working alongside Geoff, they will know just how much his bubbly and energetic character brings the place to life. Our Champion of the Month for May is Dareks, who is currently at Brighton university in his second year. Dareks is an avid Manchester United supporter and also enjoys keeping fit and meeting friends in his spare time. Dareks has worked for McDonald’s for three years and has vastly improved over the last six months which has been great to watch. Keep up the great work!!

Our Champion of the Month for May is Eden, even though she has only been with us for just a couple of months she has picked up all aspects of the job extremely quickly and every shift she works she has a smile on her face and just cracks on with the job in hand. She always puts the customer first, ensuring that they have an excellent experience when they visit the restaurant. She is always willing to help, whether that is flexing onto another station or ensuring that her station is clean, tidy and stocked before the end of her shift. In her spare time Eden is very crafty making clothes, knitting and crocheting gifts for friends and family. Congratulations Eden, very well deserved!!
