Champion - Natasha
Tash has been working here at Regent Road for a year and three months. During this time Tash has also been completing A levels to help towards the undergraduate degree she wants to pursue and she excels in everything she does. She runs all areas well and champions food safety aspects on every shift. Because of her great work and commitments Tash has been promoted to a Crew Trainer. Well done Tash – you are outstanding on every shift. Keep up the great work.

Champion - Blake
Blake has been working at Tuckswood for a little more than a year now. He's extremely reliable working at the front of house and at kitchen stations. He regularly goes above and beyond to help those around him. Blake always arrives to work ready, focused and with a positive attitude for the day ahead.
His customer interaction skills are excellent as he always takes the time to consider what's important to the customer and how he can make their experience better.
Well done Blake, keep up the hard work.

Champion - Tom
Tom has worked with us for a couple of years now and is an asset to the team. He always completes tasks given to him without hesitation and is always thriving to help others do so around him. Alongside this he ensures that every product he produces is Gold Standard and is done whilst ensuring his station is always clean and stocked. Well done and thank you for your hard work Tom, it doesn’t go unnoticed. Keep it up.

Champion - Joseph
Joseph joined the team at Gapton in November 2021. In that short time Joseph quickly learnt all stations around the store and continues to excel. He always brings his best self to work, in clean and correct uniform every time and has a great personality.

Champion - Billy
Billy is one of our longest staff members at the airport, being with us for nearly eight years. He has held different roles, from Crew, Maintenance and Crew Trainer. Throughout this time Billy’s hard work and dedication is still just as appreciated. Billy is always one step ahead, looking for the next job that needs to be done and always keeps himself busy. He is a vital Crew Trainer on shift as he supports managers and is flexible on every station. Billy’s positive attitude towards each shift and his friendliness to his colleagues goes a long way in making sure the shift runs smoothly. He helps create a positive atmosphere, meaning the customers get a friendly experience. On behalf of all the crew and management team we would like to thank Billy for his hard work and support, keep it up.

Champion - Chris
Chris is a dedicated member of the overnight team who comes in and gets stuck in straight away. He works hard as part of the team and always ensures the store is left to a high standard for the next day. Chris is a very valued member of the ‘Brundall McFamily’ and is an asset to have on shift. He always boosts morale with his sense of humour and keeps the nights entertaining, while keeping his standards high.

Champion - Emma
Emma consistently uses her initiative while on shift to make sure that she gets tasks completed to the best standards. Emma starts her shifts with a positive attitude, always willing to provide great customer service. She is a reliable member of staff who makes sure to always be respectful to managers and friendly with the crew. Emma stays productive on shift, always helping with the cleaning tasks and making sure things are running smooth. Well done Emma, keep up the great work.

Champion - Sonny
Sonny is a key crew member who has quickly become a reliable team member, able to work any station, after only being with us since the beginning of summer.
He can be relied on to get things done to a high standard and in a quick time frame. He’s managed to pick up every station with ease and can do these well. Sonny always works his scheduled shifts and is willing to help out extra where he can. It’s always a pleasure to have Sonny on shift.

Champion - Adam
Adam has been with the Asda team since transferring over at the start of August and has truly become an asset to the team. He is on the go constantly and is a key member of the kitchen team, slotting into the Asda store quickly and becoming a reliable member of staff. Everything Adam does he does to a brilliant standard. Keep up the great work.

Champion - Jim
Jim is a hardworking and reliable member of the team. He goes above and beyond for the team and the store. Jim is Maintenance Crew but is knowledgeable about many other areas and is always doing what he can to help our crew and managers to give customers the best service possible.
