Champion - Ethan
Ethan joined the team in September 2022 and works part time. Ethan is very hard working and always uses his initiative to get jobs done without being asked. Ethan works in all areas of the store and is always willing to come in extra shifts if needed and has a positive attitude and always displays the Vital Ingredients. Keep up the good work and thank you for everything you do for the store. Well done.

Champion - Aiden
Aiden is a cracking lad with a fantastic can-do attitude and faultless work ethic. He continuously goes above and beyond to assist the team whenever he can whether it be flexing on to stations or completing tasks. He has worked at the store for a year and in that time got himself trained in kitchen and the front counter. Aiden will be starting college in September studying level 2 welding and in his spare time is a keen gamer. Thank you for your hard work and support Aiden from all the management team at Regent Road. Champion - Paul
Paul never fails to go above and beyond and this month he has truly been a life saver. He is always looking for ways to help the team out whether that’s coming in extra, swapping his shift or staying on to help out. Paul is vital to the upkeep and running of our dining area – but he’s not afraid to get stuck in and help on front when needed, always making sure he puts the customers’ needs first. He is extremely welcoming to both crew and customers, never being seen without a smile on his face. Thank you, Paul, you are our very own superman.

Craig is an outstanding employee who gives his full 100% care and effort in every single shift he’s on. He’s a great assistance to the management team and is ace at leading areas, especially in the kitchen! Champion - Hazel
Hazel has worked for us for nearly two years and in that time, she has become a vital member of the team. Hazel excels on window 2 and has helped to reduce our drive-thru times dramatically over the last couple of months, always with a smile and a positive attitude. This is also reflected in our Customer Satisfaction score when she is on shift. Thank you, Hazel, for all your hard work.

Champion - Damian
Damian is a supportive team member and a vital part of our team. Damian has extensive knowledge of all stations and is always willing to lend a hand to others when needed. He always has a positive attitude on shift and this creates a great morale for other members of the team. All tasks given to him are completed to high standards and using his initiative, he delegates secondary responsibilities to others. Damian always ensures he is coaching other crew on procedures and leading areas when needed. Well done and thank you for all of your consistent hard work.

Macy has been with us for just under a year and has gone from strength to strength. Always putting the customers first with her amazing attitude. Q, S & C is always at the forefront of everything Macy does as well as consistently trying to improve herself, whether it’s learning more on the front counter or putting herself in kitchen to continue her learning. Macy truly is a pleasure to have on every shift and a true asset for everyone around her! Congratulations yet again.

Since joining us, Tyler has really let her personality shine. She is a great asset to the team and a great team player. She consistently shows she is a hospitality ambassador and always puts the customers first. She gets on well with everyone, always smiling and demonstrates the company values. Poppy has been with us since we first opened and from the beginning has asserted herself as a valuable member of the team. She always does whatever is asked of her without any issues or hesitation. Poppy always puts the customers first and is a polite and friendly member of the team. She is able to run areas to a good standard and always ensures she does her best on every shift. Over the past few weeks, she has taken a step further by taking charge of areas, training new starters all while maintaining a positive attitude both within herself and the rest of the team! Champion - Megan
Megan has been working at Asda since just before the store opened in 2021. She is now going to be starting her 2nd year of a 4-year forensic science degree at Northumbria University and comes back to work at the store during holidays. In her spare time, she likes socialising with family and friends. Megan is an integral part of the store and always has a smile on her face during shifts. She is very hard working and leads her areas really well. Thanks for all your hard work, Megan.

Simon is a bubbly and hardworking character that will go above and beyond in any task that he carries out. He has been with us since September 2022 and has become a vital part of our maintenance team. No job is too big or too small for him and he will ensure that the store is in perfect condition consistently and is always happy to help!
