Champion - Nojus
Our Champion of the Month for June is Nojus. He always comes on shift with a can-do attitude and works hard on any station he is asked to undertake. Nojus can work in all areas of the business and always works to complete all tasked asked of him. On shift he always works to help others as well and will help them on a station or will help them get stock so that they can all keep up with demands during busy periods. Keep up the great work!!

Champion - Callum
Our Champion of the Month for June is Callum. He has been a pleasure to have at our team 180 since he started earlier this year in February. He has picked up his role quickly and become a massive asset on every shift, consistently going above and beyond and demonstrating exceptional teamwork. He has a positive attitude which reflects on the team and boosts team morale every shift. Thank you for all your hard work from all the management team!!

Our Champion of the Month for June is Alfie. He has been working with us for almost 2 years. Alfie is always willing to come in extra to help the store out and is a vital member of the close team always going above and beyond to help get the store ready for the next day. Alfie always comes in with a smile on his face ready to do any tasks asked of him without hesitation. He is a great asset to have on shift leading any area of the store helping the store to reach its targets. Thank you, Alfie, for all your hard work over the last 2 years it is great to see you being a role model to all your fellow crew!!

Our Champion of the Month for June is Ricky. He has shown excellent work ethic over the past month and has been hands on in ensuring he helps the team in whatever way possible. He's had a willingness to do any station and take on multiple responsibilities. He has infected positivity around the store and always kept crew morale up. Our Champion of the Month for June is Alesha, who has now worked at Beccles for nearly 3 years. She is always willing to come in and help extra and always does a fantastic . In her spare time, she loves to play football. Alesha is a very valued member of our team well done very well deserved!!

Champion - Sony
Our Champion of the Month for June is Sony, who is always such a pleasure to have on shift from his happy can-do attitude, down to how hard he works, he’s constantly moving and helping all those around. Sony has an eagerness to learn every station and continually pushes to learn as much as he can! It’s been wonderful seeing Sony going from strength to strength in the last month. Sony excels no matter what station he is on consistently helping everywhere that is needed. Sony is such a positive influence on every shift he’s on keeping all those around him happy and smiling throughout its entirety. Thank you once again for your constant hard work on every shift!!

Our Champion of the Month for June is Alex. Since coming back from uni, Alex has dived straight back into working with us. Our Champion of the Month for June is Jake, who has worked for us for just over two years. He has recently passed his bricklaying course at college and is trying to look to go on site soon. Jake lives at home with his parents, two cats and his sister Kaitlyn who is currently at uni. Jake loves having days out with friends. At the restaurant, Jake consistently demonstrates hard work and a great attitude. Keep up the great work!!

Our Champion of the Month for June is Dana. She has only been with us for a few months, however already made a significant impact on our team. She embraced her role in Customer Care with enthusiasm and professionalism, quickly picking up responsibilities and going above and beyond to support both customers and colleagues. Dana is always willing to lend a hand, and her strong work ethic shows in everything she does, whether she’s assisting behind the counter, ensuring the lobby is spotless and welcoming, or providing guidance to our customers on their journey. Our Champion of the Month for June is Poppy. Each shift Poppy brings a positive attitude making others happy and giving customers a great experience each time. Poppy is friendly to all she interacts with and always puts the customer first, making sure that they are receiving gold standard food and service. Our Champion of the Month for June is Aaron, who has been extremely helpful on shift lately. He has been helping the managers in any way he can by either picking up extra shifts when it's busy as well as helping on the closing shift. Our Champion of the Month for June is Kieran. He always comes to work and does his best on every shift. He uses his own initiative to get things done and can achieve a fantastic change over without being prompted. Kieran's consistent hard work, commitment to excellence and brilliant knowledge of the kitchen procedures guarantees a smooth shift every time. Kieran always goes above and beyond to support the managers and other crew on shift, and his efforts have made a significant impact on the team. Great work Kieran, keep it up!!

Champion - Riley
Our Champion of the Month for June is Riley. He is an outstanding crew member who consistently ensures they are putting maximum effort in supporting the team on every shift he is on. It has been great to see him develop in the last couple months, becoming someone who we can truly rely on. His work ethic and attitude towards learning is excellent, he's always looking to go above and beyond and help the team in any way he can. Riley always completes tasks to an excellent standard and has done brilliantly in sharing his knowledge with others who are new to the kitchen. His positive attitude and charisma, combined with his hardworking nature, make him an asset to the store and to have on shifts. Keep up the good work Riley, it doesn't go unnoticed!!
