K Foley LTD celebrates outstanding team members at awards evening 

At K Foley we love shining a light on our dedicated team members.  

From our champions of the month prizes to champions of the quarter and our special awards evenings that happen during the year – we reward as many staff as possible. 

And 2024 has started in style, with a January awards evening at the Barnham Broom Hotel in Norwich. 

Gongs were given out to the Shift Manager of the Year and Assistant Manager of the Year in each of the company’s four supervisor groups. Plus awards for Restaurant of the Year and Business Manager of the Year. 

A total of 10 awards were handed out on the evening, which was a huge success.  

Attendees enjoyed food and drink and the chance to let their hair down and some fun with work friends.  

The winners were crowned from the four supervisor groups as follows: 

Chaney Riches’s Supervisor Group: 

Shift Manager of the Year: Tia Church from Tuckswood. 

Assistant Manager of the Year: Jodie Sison from Beccles.

John Douglas’ Supervisor Group: 

Shift Manager of the Year: Jessica Bainbridge from Regent Road, Great Yarmouth, 

Assistant Manager of the Year: Kirsty Gibbs from Great Yarmouth ASDA, 

Jessica was awarded Shift Manager of the Year
Kirsty Gibbs was delighted with her win.

Dean Marshall’s Supervisor Group: 

Shift Manager of the Year: Tabitha Pacey from Norwich Airport 

Assistant Manager of the Year: Connor Devlin from Broadland Gate. 

Connor was all smiles for his award.

Rob Hebron’s Supervisor Group: 

Shift Manager of the Year: Louise Taylor from High Street, King’s Lynn. 

Assistant Manager of the Year: Hannah Gunning from Cromer. 

Louise Taylor took home a Shift Manager of the Year  award on the night.
Hannah Gunning was awarded Assistant Manager of the Year.

K Foley LTD CEO Kevin Foley and Operations Manager David Wicks were delighted to present two further awards.  

Kyle Mitchell, Business Manager at Regent Road, Great Yarmouth received the trophy for Restaurant of the Year 2023 and Gemma Farman, Business Manager at Beccles was crowned Business Manager of the Year 2023. 

Kevin Foley said:  

“It is always an honour to hold these awards nights. The hard work of the teams across our 14 restaurants is at the heart of what we do. Well done to all the winners and thank you for your amazing service.”
