Champion - Mariana
Mariana has worked at Regent Road for more than three years now and is a very valued member of the Customer Care team. She works with great enthusiasm every shift and is excellent at communicating in multiple languages. Currently, Mariana is working towards promotion and is such a joy to have on shift. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family. Thank you and keep up the fantastic work Mariana.

Champion - Millie
Millie has worked at Tuckswood for less than a year but has impressed with her work ethic and positive attitude. This, combined with her drive to learn, has earned her a well-deserved promotion to Crew Trainer. She always comes to work with a smile on her face, ready to go above and beyond on shift and be a real support to the managers. Millie is a fantastic influence on the crew and pushes them to do their best at every opportunity. Well done, Millie – keep up the good work.

Champion - Nathaniel
Nathanial joined the team in November 2020 and has really settled in, becoming a vital part of the team and dependable member of staff. He always arrives with a fantastic attitude which has a positive impact on the rest of the team. He has a very vast knowledge base of all the kitchen stations and is one of our strongest initiators. He has great initiative and is more than happy to lend a helping hand to anyone struggling on their stations. He ensures all tasks are completed to the highest standard and even seeks additional tasks to complete throughout his shifts. Nathanial has a great rapport with all the team which reflects in the way he communicates and works alongside others in the kitchen – he is definitely a team player. It is a pleasure to work with Nathanial, keep up the fantastic work.

Emma is our truly deserving winner of employee of the month for November. She has excelled with her training in the kitchen and has really taken pride in her own self-development. Champion - Brandon
Brandon has been working at the Norwich Airport store for just over a year. He has been a consistent hard worker throughout and does any task at hand to a brilliant standard. With a positive attitude he is always willing to help others. Brandon has shown great attention to detail and often works under his own initiative, taking it upon himself to seek out new opportunities and to be taught new skills which improve his personal development. Champion - Vicky
Vicky Joined the team at 1408 in May 2022. She is always punctual, polite and friendly. Vicky is a pleasure to have on shift and helps to support the management team in any way she can. Vicky has expressed an interest in progressing to Crew Trainer which is fantastic. She has gained all of her stars in November, brushing up on procedures and becoming fully rotatable within the restaurant which is a great achievement. Well done and thank you Vicky. Your hard work and determination have not gone unnoticed, and we are looking forward to seeing you implement what you have learnt when you are promoted to Crew Trainer.

Champion - Reuben
Reuben is an extremely hard worker and always gets stuck in and completes any tasks given to a high standard. He’s on time to every shift and always ensures that the customers have the best possible visit with his high standards. He always uses his initiative to complete tasks, as well as works as a team player. He is always happy and creates a positive atmosphere when on the shift. Reuben always looks for opportunities to learn new things and is never afraid to help wherever is needed. Thank you for all your continued hard work and congratulations.

Although Hannah has only been with us a short while, her previous experience and maturity has shown how capable she can be. She already sets out to correct coach others where needed and is a driving force when working, to get the results the store wants. She is very much a team player and shows daily just how dependent the team is on her ability. Well done, Hannah – keep driving the team and keep up the great work.

Champion - Bethanie
Bethanie has been with ASDA since the store was opened. In that time, she has become an important member of our team. She consistently works hard to get every job done and goes above and beyond for our customers. She is very positive and upbeat for every shift and is a pleasure to work with. Champion - Holli
Holli is a hard worker and valued member of the team. She has a bubbly personality that others pick up on. She is invested in learning and developing her own skills and is happy to help anyone. Through this hard work she is progressing to Crew Trainer with her sights set to becoming a Shift Manager. We love having Holli on shift – she always makes sure customers are appreciated as soon as they walk through our doors. Well done, Holli – keep up the great work.
