Champion - Shannon
Shannon is a Crew Trainer and excels in her role supporting the management team daily. She has worked at Regent Road for nearly four years now. In her spare time Shannon enjoys playing football, playing Xbox and spending time with her friends and family. Well done Shannon – great work, keep it up.

Champion - Ryan
Ryan joined the team almost two years ago. He has come a long way since then and has firmly planted himself as one of the core members of the team. He consistently goes above and beyond for everyone and is an asset on every shift. He always works with a smile and completes everything asked of him to the highest standard. He flexes to help others out and nothing is ever too much to ask of him. Thank you for all of our hard work, Ryan.

Champion - Elijah
Elijah has been with us just under a year and within that time, he has become an absolutely vital member of the team. He has exceptional knowledge of both front and kitchen stations and is consistently looking to learn new things. He always has a great attitude on shift and a willingness to help others when needed. All tasks he completes are done to the highest standard and he always seeks additional tasks to complete throughout his shift. He is a vital and dependable member of our team. Well done, Elijah.

Champion - Aidan
Aidan is a relatively new team member at Gapton but he is already an asset. He can already work every station in the kitchen to a good level of capability. He role models correct procedures such as clean as you go and leading by example. Aidan gets to work with clean and correct uniform every time, with a smile on his face, ready to go. From all of the management team Aidan, thank you for your hard work. This is really well deserved.

Fox started with us back in November 2022 and has really settled in well with the team. He always has a smile on his face and has an upbeat attitude when it comes to work, putting customers first each and every time. He’s always willing to help out the team where he can, has picked up all stations very well and is a key member of the team. Taylan is a hardworking and reliable member of our team here at Snetterton. He always arrives to shift with a positive attitude and is an asset to every shift, it is a pleasure to work with him. Champion - Ysabelle
Ysabelle has been working with us since July 2022 and has been working super hard to help us achieve our store targets. She is very engaged, more than capable running the front area and is well on track for Crew Trainer and potentially beyond. Ysabelle is a delight to have on shift, always comes in with a big smile and lifts the spirits in the store. She has been going above and beyond every shift to support the managers in achieving their targets and giving customers Gold Standard food and service. Well done, Ysabelle.

Luke always strives to be the best version of himself and we wouldn’t have him any other way. He always does anything extra he can to help. Nothing is ever too much for Luke. Luke aims to work harder than the last every shift and has come a long way. He’s one of our most experienced Crew members to have on a closing shift and these wouldn’t be the same without him.
