Our Champion of the Month for September is Josh, who has been a pleasure to have as part of our team. He joined us in the summer of 2023, and his confidence has grown massively, he has become a fundamental part of the closing team. He is a pleasure to have on shift, always supporting and helping other members of staff and the management team. He encourages a happy and positive work environment when he is on shift. Our Champion of the Month for September is Liam, who has become a particularly important member of the Wroxham team helping wherever he is needed. He always aims to deliver excellent service to our customers. Liam never complains about any tasks he is given and always goes above and beyond to make sure the task is done before he leaves. Liam's attention to detail has made him popular among the other members of staff when he’s doing anything from wiping tables and mopping the floors to taking the bins out and washing the cloths. His amazing performance is not just out on dining area; he will flex on the front counter and beverage cell whenever needed. Well done, Liam!!

Our Champion of the Month for September is Phoenix, who has been part of the Beccles team for over a year now, and he is an absolute asset. Phoenix is always willing to lend a helping hand to his colleagues flexing onto other stations when needed. Phoenix is always seeking more knowledge around secondary jobs – ensuring they are completed to a high standard. Recently he asked to learn grill cleaning procedures and completed them to a very high standard once taught. Phoenix has proven himself to be an extremely dependable and reliable member of the team and he has a strong rapport with all colleagues. He is an absolute pleasure to have on shift and always comes in with a positive attitude. Keep up the great work Phoenix!

Our Champion of the Month for September is Ashley, who joined us in May and has swiftly become a key member of the team. His ability to learn each station quickly and operate them independently has hugely impressed us. He consistently shows initiative during quieter moments and handles the fast-paced demands of busier shifts with ease. Our Champion of the Month for September is Josh, who is a hardworking member of the team. He has stepped up and shown such a drive to learn and improve in his work in the most recent weeks. He is reliable and will always check to ensure that everyone around him is having a good shift, and if they need help, he is the first to do so. Josh is excellent with customers and is always striving for gold standard QSC on every single shift he is on. We love having him in the team and hope to see him progress at the store.
