Our Champion of the Month for October is Anita, who has been with us for just under 2 months since joining us midway through September. She has excelled in learning the job and always wants to improve her knowledge. She is always bubbly and boosts morale in the restaurant. She does everything that is asked of her without a fuss and to the best of her ability. She has settled in well and gets on with everybody and isn’t afraid to offer help when needed. Anita is a real credit to have in the store and is fully deserving of this accolade!!

Champion - Carl
Our Champion of the Month for October is Carl, who continuously shows up to work with a can-do attitude and works to the best of his ability every shift. He is a fundamental part of our team. He always supports and helps other members of the team and management. Carl is a pleasure to have on shift and always encourages a positive environment on shift. Champion - Lucy
Our Champion of the Month for October is Lucy, who always comes into work with a smile on her face and she is always ready to work. Lucy does a variety of shifts from early morning to late in the evening, no task is an issue for her. She always makes sure her station is stocked and cleaned before leaving ready for the next rush and is always quick to respond when a job is needed doing. Lucy is always willing to come in extra to help or even stay on to help if neeeded. She is a great asset to the store and has really proved herself to the management team over the last few months, developing her skills to be able to lead areas. Our Champion of the Month for October is Georgina, who has been a standout factor over the recent month, stepping up when needed and flexing in to help when she sees the team struggle. She works consistently hard every day and always carries a smile on her face. She understands the impact that she can have on CSAT and the improvements required. Our Champion of the Month for October is Julia, who has worked at Beccles for over nine years now and is a very good Crew Trainer. She always goes above and beyond completing her verifications and making sure that all new starters feel very welcome. Julia has two children called Millie and William. Julie doesn’t get much spare time as she looks after her family, but she does enjoy watching series on Netflix. Congratulations Julia very well deserved!!

Our Champion of the Month for October is Ethan, who goes above and beyond every shift. He is a committed member of the team who will always help his colleagues out by doing what he can to help whether that be flexing into stations or helping when he sees someone is busy. Not only that, but Ethan will also always have a positive attitude and will work off his own initiative by finding jobs to do. In Ethan's spare time he likes to train at the gym and enjoys boxing.
