Our Champion of the Month for November is Beth, who is a hard-working team member who supports the management team every shift she works. She is dedicated and has a great attitude. Our Champion of the Month for November is Joe, who has been with us for just over 2 years and has become a very important member of our store. Joe always comes into work with a smile on his face and is always willing to help wherever he is needed, Joe is a vital member of the closing team helping to train anybody when asked, always willing to come in extra or stay on will always go above and beyond to help the store. He is a great asset to have on shift and aids store to reach its targets. Thank you and well done!!

Our Champion of the Month for November is Aidan, who has worked for us for a year and a half and has grown into a vital member of our team. Always flexing in and out of every station needed, making sure everyone feels supported. Aidan is one of the happiest people you’ll meet, on shift his personality is always shining through and everyone is always happy to have him around with his infectious smile and attitude. In his spare time, he loves going to the gym and travelling and his goal is to travel all around the world! Please all join me again in congratulating a well-deserved winner!!

Our Champion of the Month for November is Harry, who has only been with us a short while but has used his previous McDonald's experience to great use. From day one he's been looking for ways to help the team and uses his initiative to get extra tasks completed. Harry is an avid football fan, supporting King's Lynn Town FC home and away - no matter the results, he always has an amazing attitude and gives customers an excellent experience when they visit the restaurant. Our Champion of the Month for November is Julianne, who has been with our store for just under two years, her impact has been remarkable. During her time here, she has grown steadily in skill and confidence, becoming someone her teammates can rely on and look up to. She consistently supports the management team, stepping in wherever she’s needed and always maintaining a positive attitude. Whether it’s covering shifts, taking on extra hours, or helping coworkers who need a hand, she is the first to volunteer and the last to seek credit. Her dedication, teamwork, and commitment to the store’s success make her an invaluable member of our team. Our Champion of the Month for November is Oakley, who has been extremely helpful on shift not only working extremely hard and always doing his best. Oakley has also been extremely helpful with all the new crew. If he sees anyone struggling on a station he goes over and helps them out without being asked to, as well as giving them information regarding procedures and how to complete tasks. Our Champion of the Month for November is Sophie, who has been working at the store since it opened and is an integral part of the restaurant team working all stations to a high standard with a smile on her face. Sophie has been a Crew Trainer for a few months, and her knowledge has improved greatly. She is very dependable and always helps the management team whilst on shift to maintain those high standards. Well done, Sophie!!

Champion - Charlie
Our Champion of the Month for November is Charlie, who is an excellent employee, always willing to help others, jumping onto stations to assist and learn stations he isn’t sure of. When working customer facing areas, he is extremely polite and welcoming and goes out of his way to ensure their experience is of a gold standard. Charlie always makes sure the customer experience is focused on, whether that be by ensuring his service is excellent, helping other to ensure their service is excellent, or when he is in a production area, making sure all items are gold standard. Thank you for being such a lovely member of staff Charlie!!
