Champion - Natasha
Natasha has worked at Regent Road for 11 months. She is fully trained and absolutely shines in every area. She is currently studying for her A Levels in criminology, chemistry and maths and is looking to progress to become a Crew Trainer soon. She is such an amazing character and a pleasure to have working here. Well done Tasha.

Champion - Pip
Pip has only been working with us at Tuckswood since December last year but in that short time, he has become one of the strongest members of our team, especially on front counter. He always comes to work with a smile and a positive working attitude, which has a fantastic effect on those around him and makes for an enjoyable shift. Pip consistently receives positive feedback from customers, complimenting him on his friendliness and all-round service. He really is a role model crew member and it’s a pleasure to have him working with us. Well done, Pip.

Champion - Brandon
Brandon joined the team back in March 2019 and ever since then he has been an instrumental part of store. Brandon is an outgoing, hard-working member of the team who always goes above and beyond to complete evening cleaning tasks to the highest of standards to ensure the restaurant is prepared for the next day. Brandon is a meticulous worker who shows all the company Vital Ingredients such as being friendly and authentic every shift without fail. He will always ensure his station is running as efficiently as possible while also completing his assigned secondary duties. Brandon is a huge asset to the store and everyone would like to say a massive thank you for all his hard work.

Champion - Cameron
Cameron joined the team back in July 2018 and is currently studying at university as well as working part time at Gapton Hall. He enjoys playing football and participated in the recent store football tournament. He is always wanting to do well and since he joined the team, he has progressed to Crew Trainer and become a dependable member of the team. Cameron works consistently hard, supporting the management team, carrying out training to a high standard and he also helped to achieve a good result in our most recent food safety visit. Thank you, Cameron, for all your hard work and dedication to the business and our team - this doesn’t go unnoticed. You are always positive and friendly, ensuring that our customers receive gold standard service. A very big thank you and well done! Please keep up the good work.

Champion - Freya
Freya has only been with our team for a couple of months but has settled perfectly. She has been recognised for her hard work during busy periods and her efforts to keep the store tidy at any opportunity she gets. Freya supports the managers on shift by constantly communicating with them and the crew around her to make sure the job is done to gold standard. Freya has also been recognised for her exceptional attitude towards customers! Thank you for all your hard work Freya, keep it up.

Champion - William
Will joined the team in October 2020. In that time, he has juggled working full time at McDonald’s and attending a full-time college course. Will can work every station to a very good standard and takes it upon himself to train other staff members on new stations. Will is an asset to every shift letting his bubbly personality shine through with our guests. He is a great role model and an extremely deserved winner of this award, thank you for hard work Will.

Champion - Aaron
Aaron is a polite young man, who always ensures he gives the customers a friendly and welcoming experience. Since Aaron joined our team, he has always been willing to help wherever he can and always wants to leave a good impression on the team. Aaron often gets complimented on his politeness and his kindness and always delivers great quality, service and cleanliness. Well done, Aaron.

Champion - Angel
Angel has fitted right in since she began working with us. She has a great natural initiative and always wants to help people. She is a very friendly member of the team and gets on well with everyone. Angel has been an asset to the store, getting some great reviews and helping deliver the right customer experience. She is also showing her leadership skills by leading the areas and those around her. Keep pushing and well done Angel.

Champion - Holly
Holly joined the team before the store opened last year. Since then, she has gone from strength to strength displaying all the correct behaviours while on shift. She has also welcomed new starters into the restaurant and given them fantastic training which has not only enhanced their development but also her own. Holly is now working towards becoming a Crew Trainer, which is a role that suits her perfectly already. From the whole management team, well done Holly – thoroughly deserved.

Champion - Evie
Evie started at Broadland Gate at the beginning of February and since then she has worked so hard to ensure she learns everything she possibly can. She is excellent on all areas of the store and is fantastic with customers. Evie is well on her way to becoming a Crew Trainer as she is consistently training others and giving the best service and quality she can. Evie is a friendly face for all the crew to come into – especially on those early morning shifts. She is a wonderful member of staff and we are very lucky and proud to have her.
