Alex has recently returned from university and since coming back the restaurant has felt his presence; from giving the kitchen motivational speeches through busy times to his willingness to help anyone that needs it. “This isn’t just burgers and fries, it’s my life,” is something Alex has said, which shows how dedicated he is to his job. Thank you for all your hard work, Alex, we really appreciate it.

Champion - Dave
Dave has been with the team for five years now and is a man of many skills. He is responsible for maintaining the restaurant’s exterior and interior. He completes routine Planned Daily Maintenance and helps to keep the equipment in great shape. Dave has prevented many external callouts because of his ability to complete most DIY tasks to a great standard. You name the tool, he’s got it. Thank you for your ongoing support and hard work, Dave.

Champion - Emerson
Emerson has really stepped up in his new role as Crew Trainer, always bringing a positive attitude to work while keeping the vibes high – he is a pleasure to work with. From completing verifications to helping train and corrective coach, Emerson constantly looks for ways to improve in his role as Crew Trainer. This month he has really been non-stop helping with cleaning jobs while also supporting the management team. No job is left incomplete when Emerson is on shift. He is a vital member of the team and his progress over the last few months has been outstanding. Thank you, Emerson, we really appreciate your hard work.

Having worked for the restaurant for just under a year, Tristan has quickly mastered all stations. His enthusiasm for the job and willingness to help those around him make working with him a delight. Champion - Indiana
Since the introduction of Best Burger, Indiana has been one of the leading and strongest members of staff when it comes to implementing all the new procedures and changes that have come this month. He strives to give the best quality and service on each and every shift and has become one of our strongest kitchen staff – especially when it comes to Best Burger – showcasing all the new procedures whilst teaching others. Indiana always comes in with a positive attitude for everything he does and is willing to expand on his knowledge and learning. Great work, Indiana, keep it up.

Champion - Sophie
Sophie has worked here for nearly three years now and is excelling in her Crew Trainer role. She has taken on all the Best Burger changes and is using her skills to teach these to as many Crew Members as she can. Having been with us for two and a half years, Geoff has gone from strength to strength in his job role. He is one of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet, with staff and customers singing his praises. His standard of cleaning and attention to detail are next level. With over two years of experience, Harry has always shown interest in learning new stations and completing tasks to the best of his ability. One key area he has mastered is cleaning grill, which everyone agrees, he does an excellent job at. Recently it has been great to see Harry pick up more responsibility with running areas and corrective coaching on shift, especially with the Best Burger deployment. When on shift Liam is consistent with his effort and always ensures that he has high standards for quality and accuracy, always providing gold standard food to customers. Liam is always willing to come in for extra shifts if needed to help within the store, which is a great help to other crew members as well as managers. Champion - Amy
Amy is a star, always striving to ensure the customer area is clean and tidy and ensuring customers receive gold standard service on every part of their journey. She engages with our regular customers – and all other customers – so well, ensuring that they feel comfortable and have the best visits possible. We always see her going above and beyond to help both crew and customers should they need it, and our customer area would not be the same without her. We appreciate everything Amy does.
