Our Champion of the Month for August is Jasmine, who comes into every shift with a strong work ethic. She’s hard working and always has a smile on her face which creates a welcoming customer experience and atmosphere for other Crew. Our Champion of the Month for August is Josh, who is a pleasure to have as part of our team. He joined us in the summer of 2024 and has become a huge asset. His confidence has grown massively in the last year due to his motivation to continue to learn and develop. He consistently goes above and beyond to support the shift and the team. Champion - Ben
Our Champion of the Month for August is Ben, who has been with us for a few years. Every day shows us why he is an important member of the Wroxham team. Ben does a mixture of shifts he is either setting the store up in the morning or to helping close in the evening he always makes sure everything is stocked and ready, he is also an important member of the Crew Trainer team always checking to see what training he can do on every shift and always on the lookout for any coaching he can do. Ben is always willing to come in extra or stay on to help. Ben always has a positive attitude when on shift and is looking for ways to keep people productive. Our Champion of the Month for August is Jake, who joined the team in April this year. Jake is such a delight to work with, he has a positive can-do attitude, great people skills, and strong reliability. Our Champion of the Month for August is Debs, who has worked for McDonald’s for 29 years and is an exceptional part of the team. She is always there firsthand to offer the customer help and support with whatever they need. She always comes to work with a positive attitude and is willing to offer a helping hand and coaches the team when she sees things that need correcting. Our Champion of the Month for August is Sandra, who has worked at Beccles for over seven years now and always goes above and beyond on every shift. She is fantastic with the customers in her CEL role. Sandra is a family orientated; she is married and has three children. Well done, Sandra – fantastic work!!

Champion - Arina
Our Champion of the Month for August is Arina, who continues to impress and improve week by week. Over the course of a busy summer Arina worked extremely hard to support the restaurant in all its successes. At times being depended on to work in the most demanding areas and taking it within her stride, working her socks off to absolutely smash it. In this time, she has also got herself in the kitchen more often than normal, delivering impressive results and showcasing her flexibility storewide. Arina has a great can-do attitude and lets her personality shine through when interacting with our guests. Thank you, Arina!!

Our Champion of the Month for August is Fiona, who has been at the forefront of the dining area during a record sales month. Our Champion of the Month for August is Rosie, who is a dedicated member of our team who can be relied upon to complete all stations to a high standard. She is friendly and approachable with both our customers and her fellow Crew. Rosie provides excellent support in answering customer queries and uses her initiative to ensure our customers receive the best service possible. Our Champion of the Month for August is Mary, who hasn't been with us for long but has already become a relied-on member of the team. Mary helps as much as she can, ensuring she always remains busy, she jumps onto stations that need help when her area is quiet. Mary has picked up all the stations quickly and all the managers enjoy having her on shift as she is hardworking and helps any way she can. Great work, Mary!!

Our Champion of the Month for August is Ben, who is a hard-working team member who supports the management team every shift he works. He is dedicated and has a great attitude. Ben uses initiative when he is here and leads by example. Ben has only been with us a short while but has already shown he can coach others and helps to train the new trainees. Well done, Ben!!

Our Champion of the Month for August is Ana, who works so hard on every shift whether it be morning, day, or a night shift. She is fantastic at every station she works but she is fantastic to work alongside. She helps to create a brilliant working atmosphere by keeping everyone in a good mood and pushes everyone alongside her to do better. She has really stepped up into the Crew Trainer role and it’s amazing to see how she gets on with the new starters, and I’m sure they will be able to learn plenty from her.
