Champion - Terry

Terry has worked here at Regent Road for a year now. He is one of the nicest people you could meet. His enthusiasm for his role is excellent and he always goes above and beyond, working every shift with a smile on his face. In his spare time Terry enjoys football and he is studying Public Services at college. Great work Terry, well done.

Champion - Karen

In the short time Karen has worked here she’s made a great and lasting first impression. Karen works as Customer Care and will always come in and ensure the lobby is clean, tidy and stocked for the day. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she always works with a smile. She has become an asset to the team at Tuckswood and is loved by our customers which is reflected in our feedback. Thank you, Karen, keep up the great work.

Champion - Ben

Ben joined our team in 2018 and is a real asset. Ben was promoted to Crew Trainer in June 2022 and still continues to learn and grow. He has exceptional knowledge of both front and kitchen stations and is always happy to share his knowledge with other Crew and Trainees. He always completes any job given to him to the highest standard, and using his initiative, is able to delegate jobs to other members of the team. He is a very strong Area Leader and always ensures his areas run smoothly. Ben is a vital and dependable member of the team and we are very lucky to have him here at Beccles. Well done Ben and keep up the good work.

Champion - Ann-Marie

Ann- Marie has been with us for just under 10 years at Gapton Hall, creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing amazing hospitality for our guests consistently. Nothing is ever too much for Marie. She will always go the extra mile to ensure our customers have a memorable and positive experience. Thanks for your hard work, Marie – a true deserving winner of employee of the month.

Champion - Daniel

Since joining us Daniel has continued to work hard in all aspects on shift. This includes maintaining high standards of quality, service and cleanliness. He always flexes in on stations to help the team and is always happy to help anyone if they need it. He is friendly and polite and always does his best. Daniel is someone who continues to be hardworking and reliable as well as always arriving to work with the correct attitude. He never fails to go the extra mile and is a valuable member of our team here at Norwich Airport. Well done, Daniel.

Champion - Louise

Louise joined the Brundall Customer Care team back in September 2021. She has gone on to become a Customer Experience Leader. Louise is an asset to our team and always goes above and beyond for our customers. She always has a smile on her face and has a great attuite and energy on shift. She is always talking to customers about Food For Thoughts and has had a lot of great feedback from our customers. She is greatly respected and appreciated. Thank you, Louise, for all your continued hard work.

Champion - Ewan

Ewan joined the team here at Snetterton in May 2021. Ewan always brings a positive attitude, delivers Gold Standard food and goes above and beyond to provide great Quality, Service & Care for our customers. He is a vital and dependable member of our team. Well done, Ewan – keep up the great work.

Champion - Solomon

Solomon hasn’t been with us at Cromer for long, but has shown how adaptable he is quickly learning different stations. More importantly, showing his awareness by helping out others when he sees them struggling even if he is unsure himself – this is a great quality to have and has been recognised by the managers as a result. He constantly keeps himself busy and actively asks questions. Keep up the great work Solomon.

Champion - James

James started with us back in April 2022 as a quiet employee, but with such a positive attitude. Throughout the year he has excelled in what he does and makes sure he is always on top form. James quickly learnt most stations and everything on an overnight shift and now he is an expert at what he does. Thank you for all your hard work James, it doesn’t go unnoticed even though you do most overnighters. Keep up the great work.

Champion - Sophie

Since starting at Broadland Gate, Sophie has become so much more confident in herself and her work. She is ace working out front, her interaction with customers is great and she will happily adapt to any station and help anyone who needs it. Her cleanliness standards are very these standards are upheld. Well done, Sophie – very much deserved.

Champion - Amber

Amber is a vital member of the team here, helping the store run smoothly throughout evening shifts. She is extremely knowledgeable, always looking to help new Crew learn or keeping the rest of us in check. Amber has been with us for nearly five years, it’s hard to imagine what the place was like without her. She’s the queen of cleanliness – we think her standards are Michelin star worthy. Being part of the evening team has allowed Amber to develop her skills and this really helps us as a team. Well done and thank you Amber.
