Keighley joined the team in July 2022. She has continued to work hard in all aspects on shifts including maintaining quality, cleanliness of the store and service. Keighley is always polite and friendly, and she always tries her best on every station she works on. Keighley always goes the extra mile to help everyone. Champion - Egidija
Egidija has been part of our team for three months. Within this time, she has shown great potential and is a vital part of our team. She consistently helps her team whenever she can by coming in to work extra and staying on to help support the shift. She always delivers a gold standard visit for customers, making it extra special with her bright and friendly personality. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her friends and family and enjoys travelling to new places and different countries. Thank you for all your hard work and all the support you have given us in such a short space of time.

Champion - Valerie
Valerie is an extremely capable member of the team being a pro on whatever station she is on. She has a great customer first mindset and never lets cleanliness drop below her high standards. Since returning from university Valerie has come on leap and bounds, impressing the management team with her willingness to get stuck in. Over the summer holidays Valerie worked on expanding her skill set through helping in all areas of the restaurant. Thank you, we really appreciate your hard work Valerie.

In recent weeks, Henry has shown great dedication and willingness to work. He has impressed all with his ability to pick new things up quickly and adapt to any situation. Whenever a hand is needed, Henry is there to offer two. Ben has recently started working night shifts and has been a huge support in making a positive impact on our late-night customer experience. Ben is attentive, friendly and will always try to go one step further for our customers. Ben has also been learning how to complete close down cleaning over August, carrying out all tasks to a high standard and helping the overnight team and managers whenever he can. Champion - Will
Will has been with us since June 2021, and is currently working his way through the Crew Trainer Development Programme. Will is a supportive team member and a vital part of our team. He has extensive knowledge of all stations and is always willing to lend a hand to others when needed. He always has a positive attitude on shift, and this creates a great morale for other members of the team. All tasks given to him are completed to a high standard and using his initiative delegated secondary responsibilities to others. Despite not quite being a part of the crew trainer team yet, Will always ensures he is coaching other crew on procedures and leading areas when needed. He is a dependable and vital member of our team. Well done and thank you for all your consistent hard work.

Dave is always an absolute joy to have on shift, whether it’s his constant hard work or his positive attitude everyone agrees Dave is a pleasure to have around. Even the customers love him. Dave has recently got married to his lovely wife Hayley and they are expecting their first child. We would like to congratulate the newlyweds on such a wonderful year for them both. Oakley has shown a great service skill when on shift. Recently he has helped in the selling of the RMHC bottles, smashing the record amount sold at the store. Champion - Michael
Since joining the team, Michael has put 100% effort into everything he does. He is always willing to help, whether it’s being flexible between stations, stocking up during quieter periods or finding a cleaning task to complete. He always puts the customers first by ensuring they have everything they need on their visit. Michales can-do attitude an excellent work ethic always makes him a pleasure to have on shift. Ben is an extremely hard worker. Although he has only worked here a short time, he has made a huge impact. Ben always works to the best of his ability and will try to learn anything that he does not know how to do.
