Champion - Beth
Beth has worked at the Gt. Yarmouth restaurant for 11 months now. Both her attitude and work are fantastic. Beth always goes above and beyond on every shift and displays all the ‘Vital Ingredients’, which are measured on things such as value and respect, customer experience, working as a team and being friendly and fast. Beth has excellent teamwork skills and is always looking to help where she is needed using her own initiative. She is great to have on shift. Well done, Beth. Keep up the great work.

Champion - Phoebe
Phoebe joined our team only six months ago. Since then, her dedication and work ethic has helped her become one of the strongest crew members on the front counter and a real asset to Tuckswood. She is quickly developing her skills on all kitchen stations and seems to have a real drive to help out, progress and learn. It's a pleasure to work with someone who always comes to work with a positive attitude and creates a happy working environment for herself and those around her. Champion - Emma
Emma is a vital part of our team, always punctual and ensuring that the store is set up for the day ahead. No task is a bother for Emma as she will always complete it to the best of her ability and her excellent teamwork means that she’s always ready to help someone else out when they need it. Emma models the ‘Vital Ingredients’, meaning she always puts the customer first and ensures that they always have a great experience when they visit the restaurant! Champion - Luana
Luana joined the team in July 2021 and since then has become a reliable and strong member of our team. Luana is currently working full-time at college studying healthcare science, she also does first aid training with St. John Ambulance on Mondays and Wednesdays, as well as working part-time at Gapton Hall McDonald’s. Luana is always polite and friendly to all customers and staff and will do anything to help where she can. She displays the ‘Vital Ingredients’ on every shift following the correct procedures ensuring our guests have the best possible experience. A big thank you and well done for all your hard work.

Champion - Rebecca
‘Becksy’ has been part of the team for four months now and is settling perfectly. She's a valued member of the team who strives to make the crew around her have a good shift. After finding her feet, Becksy has progressed into a hard worker who wants to keep busy and her efforts are appreciated. Keep up the great work, Becksy.

Champion - Jackie
Jackie is a hard-working member of the lobby team and helps to lead the way for an enjoyable customer experience for all those that come through the doors at 1408. She works hard with the team to encourage customer satisfaction and ensure customers leave our restaurant happy and have received the best service possible. Jackie actively gets involved in lobby meetings and puts the customers at the forefront of all her decisions. She works well both as part of the Customer Care team at Brundall and as part of our McFamily encouraging those behind the counter to connect with customers as well as keeping morale high by playing a few of her cheeky pranks on them. I would personally like to thank Jackie for all the support she has given me and the store over her past six years of service. Well done Jackie, very thoroughly deserved.

Champion - Hannah
Hannah is always making sure that she puts customers first and always delivers great quality, service and cleanliness. When training crew, Hannah consistently trains to the best standard, making sure to train them using all the correct procedures and corrective coaching where necessary. She makes new crew feel comfortable and welcome and is always adhering to the correct training procedures. Well done Hannah, keep up the great work.

Champion - Mantas
Since starting at the store Mantas has actively pursued his training around most of the stations in the store and is competent in most. He has proved himself to be adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic. Mantas is always looking for ways in which he can help those around and has a great understanding of the standards and expectations through the customer journey. Keep up the good work.

Champion - Sharon
Sharon joined the team back in June 2021 as a Customer Care Assistant. Sharon is a fantastic member of staff always going above and beyond to help anyone. And this is reflective in our recent customer feedback survey, ‘Food for Thoughts’ reviews. No job is too much hassle for Sharon, she thrives off great customer connections making sure every guest has a visit to remember. Champion - Oliver
Oli has been with us since September 2021 and has been an ever-growing asset since then. He has recently been promoted to Crew Trainer because of his hard work and dedication. He is a fully flexible member of staff who is more than capable in all areas. He is happy to help anyone who needs it and is excellent with our new members of staff. His customer service skills are excellent and he is always striving to give the best quality at all times to our customers. Well done Oli, keep up the excellent work.
