Champion - Logan
Our Champion of the Month for July is Logan. Logan joined the team in May, since then he has been learning different stations in the store including kitchen closes. He works very hard on shift and uses his own initiative to get things done in the restaurant. Logan has a positive attitude on shift which reflects on the team and boosts the team’s morale. Keep up the great work Logan and thank you for everything you do for the store and the team. Keep up the great work!!

Champion - Olivia
Our Champion of the Month for July is Olivia. Since returning from university, she is always a pleasure to work with and always brings a positive and can-do attitude every day she works. She consistently goes above and beyond and demonstrates the right attitudes. She boosts team morale by creating a happy environment for all. Champion - Zak
Our Champion of the Month for July is Zak. Since joining us 2 months ago, Zak has become a particularly important member of the Wroxham store. He comes to every shift with a smile on his face ready to get on with the shift and with anything that comes his way. Zak also isn’t afraid to get stuck in and helps others when its busy and has really developed since being here. Zak is always willing to come in extra to cover shifts and always willing to stay on, he also makes sure his area is clean and stocked up before he leaves ready for the next person. Zak, you have really settled in, thank you for all your hard work, it is really appreciated. Well done, Zak!!

Our Champion of the Month for July is Maya. Maya returned from university this summer and quickly reminded us why she’s such a valued team member. Fast, helpful, and always smiling, she keeps shifts running smoothly while training and supporting her teammates. Her dedication and leadership make her a true asset to our crew. Our Champion of the Month for July is Aaron. Aaron works extremely hard every shift while also taking the time to help anyone that needs it. He shows so much enthusiasm for the job and is a delight to be around, lifts the crew morale whenever he’s in. Thank you, Aaron – keep up the great work!!

Champion - Luke
–Our Champion of the Month for July is Luke. Luke is fairly new to the Beccles team, and he is an absolute asset. Luke always seeks to lend a helping hand to his colleagues flexing onto other stations when needed and using his own initiative. Luke was very quick to learn every station during his training shifts and is always seeking more knowledge around secondary jobs – ensuring they are completed to a high standard. Luke has settled into the team fantastically and has a strong rapport with all his colleagues. Luke is an absolute pleasure to have on shift and always comes in with a positive attitude. Champion - Aeryn
Our Champion of the Month for July is Aeryn. Aeryn is an integral part of the team at Gapton, she always has a smile on her face, her customer service skills are top notch, her positivity and personality shines through every shift she works. She is always there to help the management team and will complete any task asked of her. Aeryn is studying to be a nurse at King’s College University, London and during her spare time she likes to see friends and go to concerts. A big well done to Aeryn!!

Champion - Jack
Our Champion of the Month for July is Jack. Jack has worked at West Lynn for just over 2 two years and is currently on the Crew Trainer programme and is then looking to progress into management. Jack currently attends college and is in his final year. Jack lives at home with his family and his cats! Jacks work on the floor has been excellent of late as he learns how to run areas and is now trained in all areas of the store. Thanks for all your hard work!!

Our Champion of the Month for July is Melisa. Melisa has worked at the store for nearly 2 years now. Melisa is now one of our Crew Trainers who is always willing to help wherever necessary. Melisa always works hard no matter what time of the day. Keep up the great work!!

Our Champion of the Month for July is Alfie. Alfie has made a real conscious effort to become a really supportive team member. He has been working hard alongside managers to help with any tasks that need completing and has been bringing a great positive attitude to every shift. Champion - Amelia
Our Champion of the Month for July is Amelia, who has been with us since June this year. Since joining the team, she has shown enthusiasm for her job role, is confident and has a bubbly personality. She will do help on any station that needs help and always gets on with whatever task she has been given and too a brilliant standard. She has no issues with dealing with customer contacts, and she does this confidently if she needs help, she asks a manager. Well done, Amelia!!

Champion - Harry
Our Champion of the Month for July is Harry, who is an exceptional member of the team. There is never a day where he doesn't come in and give 100%. Customers always come first for him, and he gives them gold standard service every single time. Since Harry started going in the kitchen more, he has picked everything up so well and really focuses on delivering the best possible quality every single time. Alfie’s recent promotion to Crew Trainer is extremely well deserved, and the level of training he has been providing our new starters is excellent. We are very lucky to have you as a member of our team!!
