Champion - Steve
Steve is a polite and friendly member of the team that will go above and beyond in any task he carries out. He is a pleasure to have on shift and will help anyone where he can. Steve has worked for the company for just over 12 years now and has continued developing his skills progressing to Crew Trainer and then joining the Maintenance Team in 2020. Steve is very hard working and keeps our restaurant in tip-top condition but has not lost touch with his customer connections. In his spare time he enjoys relaxing with a beer and watching TV. We would like to say a massive thank you and well done for everything you do, you are a true asset to the company.

Champion - Nicole
Nicole has worked for us for just over a year now and has really flourished in her role. Nicole is always leading by example and using her initiative to flex in where she is needed; this makes her a very valuable member of the team on every shift she’s on. She always gives a very high standard of training during shifts and always ensures the new crew members feel welcome and supports them in their journey here. Well done, Nicole, keep up the great work.

Champion - Lily
Lily is so lovely and hardworking. She consistently has a smile on her face and brightens everyone’s mood. When Lily is on shift you don’t have to worry about her station at all as she’s very organised and does her job to the best of her ability. Lily is part of our Crew Trainer team at Beccles and always coaches when she can to help improve our store and our team. Thank you, Lily, for all of your constant hard work, it doesn’t go unnoticed.

Champion - Eliza
Eliza has worked with us for nearly 2 years now and has been a vital part of the night shifts for that time. Eliza is always so helpful on shift excelling at every station around the front counter and improving the standards of every station she works. She always ensures everywhere she is clean, stocked and running smoothly improving the Quality ,Service and Cleanliness wherever she is. Thank you again for all your hard work.

Champion - Chloe
Every day, Chloe continues to work hard in all aspects of her shift. This includes maintaining high standards of quality, service and cleanliness, as well as running front and setting up shifts in mornings before the bulk of staff arrive. She is always extremely happy to help other staff that my need it and sets a great example to all other members of the team. Chloe is always reliable, arriving in good time to shifts and always having a great attitude to the customers, and the job itself. She never fails to go the extra mile and is a valuable member of our team here at Airport.

Champion - Hannah
Hannah is an experienced crew trainer who consistently goes above and beyond to support our managers. She has excellent knowledge and regularly runs areas to a high standard. Hannah also delivers high quality training to our new starters as well as coaching existing crew. All managers at 1408 value Hannah highly and agree she is a very important member of our team. Champion - Owen
Owen has been a fantastic influence within the store and has grown in both character and person since starting with us. More recently he has shown great leadership quality leading areas when needed and stepping into that role. He has a great connection with his fellow staff members and is an asset to everyone to have on shift. Keep up the great work.

Champion - Jack
Jack has been with us since we opened and is a pivotal part of our team, he is able to fully flex on all areas and will do any role to help the business operate. Jack is currently studying media at Portsmouth university, and it is clear to see that he has a passion for this subject as he is a massive TV junkie, his favourite show is Breaking Bad. Jack is also a football fan supporting Norwich and is a very social person, he enjoys meeting with his friends and spending time with them when he is at uni or at work. Thank you, Jack, for your hard work since you have been back you have been a massive help.

Champion - Lewis
Lewis came over to our store in May 2022 and settled in very well. He is an excellent Crew Trainer and is definitely one of the key members of staff we have in the store. He consistently strives for gold standard QSC. He is extremely friendly and welcoming to all new starters, and we know he will always train them to the highest standard possible. Lewis is on the management track and we’re sure he will adapt to this with ease. You are a star Lewis, thank you for all your hard work.

Champion - Emerson
Emerson has become of vital member of the team in recent months. He is confident in all areas and has begun passing that onto others. Emerson is always willing to help the team whether that’s by doing extra or staying on if needed, nothing is too much for him. He turns up to work with a smile on his face every time, ready to get stuck in and exceed customer expectations. While only being here part time Emerson has really impressed the management team with his incredible work ethic. Thank you, Emerson, for all your hard work.
